United States | 09 June 2023hihey boy S2 Max failel after only one hour of use, some gear drive or somthing...Tehey would not refund $736.00 cuz after 30 days purchased.. they replaced but took more then 30 days..difficult to get operating with phone locked and other electronic code,,, What a mistake purchase.Oh and too much speed wobble at slower speeds.

United States | 08 June 2023I bought an electric dirt bike Christmas. It is kept at our house for grandkids so has not been used but several weekends. The fly wheel is stripped and the back wheel does not turn. We were able to reach someone by phone. He suggested we email for replacement and help. I sent email June 1 and then sent msg via website. I have not gotten any response.

Refuses to send me a new refurbished - I didn’t read the fine print. Son so disappointed. Still don’t have a working scooter 2 weeks after delivery.

United States | 04 May 2023I purchased a refurbished Max3 Electric scooter from HiBoy about 3 weeks ago. I am very impressed with the scooter overall. The scooter feels/looks a lot more durable than other electric scooters I’ve received. It’s quite a bit bigger than other electric scooters in that price range, which is great for my son who is a college student. Another selling point for me was the HiBoy Warranty, which was one of the best warranties for that price range. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Purchased the DK bike on Amazon and had a problem which was easily diagnosed and part was replaced after sending a video and answering some questions. My son is 7 and he rides this bike every day. The battery life is great- so happy- will definitely buy Hiboy products in the future. Highly recommended.

United States | 01 May 2023the front disc is rattling and when i emailed the customer service they asked me to take it to a local shop instead of fixing it. Titan pro is nice but suspensions are stiff and the front handle is loose even after putting the screws at the right place
