United States | 13 June 2024At first great value for the price & prompt delivery. Then when we had an electrical issue we contacted the company who promptly responded. I sent a video and explanation which the tech people diagnosed and gave us the option to repair the DK1 bike ourselves with new parts and instruction videos. The parts came in just over a week and took about 15 minutes to change out the controller and throttle. Our grandson is as happily singing and riding to his hearts content again! Great customer service and because of it we are considering buying another for our other grandchild as a birthday gift.

Canada | 04 June 2024I'm a buyer from Toronto, Canada. Hiboy info on website states that delivery is done between 3-5 days from the Toronto warehouse. It has been 10 days and still have not received any updates on the delivery date. Certainly frustrating.

United States | 02 June 2024They said the shipment would arrive in 7-10 days. A week later they still hadn't shipped. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone during business hours. The only reply to my email would come around 2AM - THEY WORK VERY HARD TO DELIVER MINIMAL SERVICE. Regarding the shipping - this is the really lame answer they sent me (and bear in mind - This is now Memorial DAY - a week after the order was placed - and they were running a full-on media blitz to generate more volume) Thanks for your reaching out . "We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Due to a large volume of orders recently, our warehouse is still processing your order." So Lame... So disingenuous. And I told them the same. So then . . . also at 2:30 AM - they sent "take or leave it" kind of message: "Are you willing to wait for the shipment? If yes ,we will send a mobile phone holder as a gift for you. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will process the refund for you." I told them I felt trapped and would keep the order - but please remedy their delay in shipping. It still didn't ship for another 4 days. Then - instead of the phone holder - THEY SENT ME 1,100 POINTS shop shop (equivalent to $10US - BUT THEY CHARGE $30 for the phone holder) They're just this really horrible, all--to-common post-pandemic service story of a company who cares little about the customer, the customer's experience - but care very much about the minimal effort they can place on the perception of the exact opposite. It's like they just want to pretend the world is stupid. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Order #126391

United States | 01 June 2024Bought two p6 bikes for the wife and I. Received them, put them together and they were easy to assemble. Charged them and one would not take a charge. Tried the other charger and it would not turn green on the charger. Contacted Hiboy and they sent me a new battery no problem and in 5 days I received the new battery and the bike is 100% again. Went for a long ride with no issues and had a blast. I would recommend these bikes and Hiboys customer service to anyone looking for an Ebike. Again great bike and stand up company at a good price.

United States | 26 May 2024We purchased the BK1 for our kids to share. They loved it, but the battery went kaput after maybe 3-4 rides. Reached out to Hiboy with an immediate response. The issue was resolved with a new battery. All the responses and shipping were about as fast as humanly possible. This is a good company to get into an affordable e-bike for your kids.

They made it easy and sent me the parts I needed with little to no questions. All I did w as send a video and they made it right. The customer support was fantastic and they made my son a happy boy again. Thank you for a great experience.

Canada | 22 May 2024Do not spend your money with Hiboy- visit your local bike store and buy your ebike there. As the other reviews have mentioned the customer serivce is non-existent. This company is unreliable and does not deliver on its promises. They are unresponsive and if they do respond they give you the run around. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. I ordered an ebike and three weeks later still no arrival. When I emailed the company inquriing about shipping, tracking, and ETA they ignored me. The two year extended warranty did not provide me with three years (i.e. one year manufactuer warrnaty plus the two year extended equals THREE years - do your math). This company is disorganized, has poor customer service, and now I am really scared I will never get the ebike. Even if I do, if there is anything wrong with it I assume I will be up ther creek gettign no resolution or support from this company.

United States | 21 May 2024I ordered a used, refurbished Hiboy MAX Pro scooter, and it works perfectly, averages 28 miles, lights are bright and unique, and it is the MOST comfortable scooter I've ever riden on, and I've rode 5 for reference. BUT the hook meant to latch the scooter on when folding was snapped in half, maybe the previous owner, idk, so I literally couldn't fold it. I contacted support, they responded early in the morning, sent me a replacement and a video, and my scooter is complete. Excellent customer support, great scooter.

HiBoy support very responsive, quickly shipped out replacement battery and reimbursed cost of new screws. It took a little work to install, but nothing too difficult. Thank you!

I reached out to the support team and they applied the rebate for me and reimbursed me for the amount of the rebate. One of our bike was back ordered and they offered to cancel our order or receive a gift for waiting. We had nothing but excellent service.

I also very much appreciate the alternative solution of providing me with a white bike instead of my original black bike due to a shipping discrepancy. United States | 15 May 2024We purchased the DK1 in August of 2023 in September of 2023 the battery would not charge, so we communicated with customer service. we have received a new battery, controller, and charger and still does not charge. The tires still have the nubs from the tire maker. Today I asked for a replacement. The little biker is Autistic and this bike is his "sunshine" In 90 day's he has another Birthday. and has only ridden the bike maybe 4 times. We need your help!! He walks by the bike and in a disappointed voice and says my bike is broke. Please replace Rivers bike!!!!!!! Reference #82152
