Customer service has been really good so far helping me figure out what is wrong with my scooter. Only slow thing is the back and forth with the emails.

I bought the hiboy mainly to go to work and back which is just about a mile away for me. I got the hiboy S2 pro and used it a couple of times now. To start off, the delivery and assembly was seamless. The scooter came almost pre assembled and only needed a few screws to be completed. The FAQ section in the website helped me with some noise I noticed while riding and the brakes systems. Overall, it’s a good bike but not the greatest. While I ride, I noticed he tires slip sometimes and the ride can be very bumpy if the roads are not paved properly. The other big issue for me is the brakes. I tried fiddling with the best that I could but not matter what I try, they seem too sudden when I apply them so you kind of have to gently brake into it. Even though it’s kind of heavy, I once noticed the bike gets shaky when there was wind and is kind of a slippery on slopes.

Easy and convenient transportation within my community. Much cheaper than a golf cart, but more fun.

I did a lot of online reviews and YouTube reviews of many name brand scooters. Of all of them I found Hiboy to have the least issues of them all. So we purchased the Hiboy S2 model. Me and the wife go riding for over an hour most days and the battery level only drops 1bar out of 4(or 5, haven’t seen it low yet). It goes upto 19mph (not recommended, it’s scary). We keep them at 12~14 mph during normal use. They climb hills like it’s nothing. We’ve done some deep hills and including thru grass and these scooters don’t stop. We are so glad we got these and I did the research. Nothing but compliments where ever we go to.

Just got a new HIBOY S2. INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: Setting up this scooter was very quick and easy. The scooter is amazingly fast and agile for its price. The delivery got a bit delayed for a couple of days but it is worth the wait for this product. I will repost another review describing about the long term usage experience of the product.

Delivery speed was slow… about 9 days. Especially slow considered it was between two major cities/ hubs. The box was damaged. Had opened and was taped shut. The item was not damaged but pieces could have fallen out. I am happy with the scooter

This scoot is awesome. Probably the best bang for the buck available right now.

Imagine how excited I was to get a new escooter home only to find my purchase requires major repairs. I am certain most places have a quality control inspection to ensure the product works but my S2 had a serious error code. It now sits in the corner of the house awaiting replacement parts while the summer dwindles away. Not a great experience at all.

Great, trackable shipping experience. My son purchased the Hiboy S2 for city commuting. The scooter is well made and designed with quality, useful features. We are so happy with this purchase.

So far, so good. I have yet to experience any trouble with my S2, but it rides sturdy and feel so smooth. I do worry about the trouble that may come if anything goes wrong. It has been really fun, especially with a friend.

The scooter I ordered from Hiboy arrived very quickly (just a few days after ordering) and the overall customer experience was excellent. It did have a few chips on the paint but nothing major.
