United States | 17 January 2025My twelve-year-old son received a C1 E-bike for his birthday in October. He loved it and rode it all over the neighborhood with his friends. One day he had an accident coming down a hill. He was ok but the turn limiter rotated out of place causing him not be able to turn right. I contacted Hiboy support. They paid for shipping label to return it. They are now sending a brand new C1 E-Bike. I'm shocked and overjoyed. Their customer service was always courteous and prompt with their replies.

United States | 17 January 2025A brand-new (days-old) S2 scooter was damaged in a collision. It was not the manufacturer's fault —it was an accident. We needed to replace the brake rotor, or it would not be rideable. Hiboy provided a replacement part at no charge, and the S2 is back on the road. The customer service team was helpful and communicative. A+ service that gives me confidence in the company. Highly recommend!

United States | 16 January 2025The support at Hiboy was terrific. We had an error on a new scooter for one of my boys, and they asked for the error code, and pictures/videos showing the issue. No grief given. They shipped out a new handlebar component that arrived in a few days, after replacing that the scooter was back to new. Great job Nancy in support and Hiboy for stepping up and backing up their product.

United States | 10 January 2025I bought my Highboy because I needed to exercise due to I found out I had type 2 diabetes there was no keys when I received the bike they immediately sent me another set I hadn't been able to write it for a year due to different circumstances so find out I need a controller and a dashboard my son purchased me one for Christmas my son didn't know what controller to buy he purchased the wrong one I reached out the Highboy they immediately sent me out a new controller without receiving the original one back first they are top notch excellent customer service and a bike bill is amazing can't wait to ride it but as far as service goes amazing thank you

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025Thank you for sending me the link to this comment site. I was impressed but only for about a month. Tire went flat and then the other tire went flat. Difficult to change the tires out, difficult to find someone who knows how to change the tires. And of course the motor crapped out at about the same time. If I ride another scooter again it'll be one that I make myself one that doesn't have a crappy engine, one that you can change the tires easily and I won't have to deal with a company that doesn't give a damn.

United States | 07 January 2025The scooter was working great for the first couple of months after that I received an E7 error code out of nowhere which was described to me as a motor issue. I only used the scooter to move around campus and when I emailed customer they gave me a guide on how to resolve the issue of which still didn’t work. I even tried to ask customer service if they were recommended repair shops and no mention of that. My scooter has been useless for months and I feel like I wasted my money.

United States | 04 January 2025Back tired broke and stop while my son was riding it. He got few injuries, I called customer service and send me a new tire, but my son needed the scooter for college. We bought a new scooter hiboy pro while we were waiting for the tired and the motor stopped working on the second week.

United States | 03 January 2025Front brake arrived messed up. Speedometer stops working while riding and just reads zero mph untill the bike dies. Battery falls off while riding and had to be taped to secure it. Customer service makes claims, but does not follow through. Everything from the company to the product has been bad.

United States | 03 January 2025I have the hiBoy S22 and it is perfect for the travel I do. I mostly use it to skate to my college classes since i park off campus. Cuts the travel time by 90% and is very enjoyable. The thick wheels make the ride very smooth and enjoyable. Customer service is also impeccable, when i broke my controller i contacted the HiBoy team and they sent me one completely free, Amazing company

I've bought from them in the past and their customer service has always been great. The scooters are well built and reasonably priced.

The original package got damaged and there was confusion for a while on where my package was (a new scooter was sent and received) Customer service is not responsive on their site. Nobody answers phone numbers listed. Customer service could be WAY better.

The Hiboy customer service team worked with me to diagnose the problem and recommend the correct parts to get his bike back up and running quickly! I would definitely recommend Hiboy products to anyone looking for an electric bike or scooter.
