hiboy support was helpful and responsive! They returned our emails within 24hours, provided videos for repairs and sent parts at no cost after troubleshooting with us.

Last year I bought my 3rd Hiboy electric scooter. I upgraded from an S2R to an S2Pro. The S2Pro had a significant issue while under the one-year warranty, which was reported to customer service. Customer Service replaced my S2Pro with a new model (postage paid). Seldom does a company stand behind their products and their warranty like Hiboy. I am extremely happy with their service. I love the Scooter...it's absolutely wonderful.....and fun!

Had a HC-02 Hover kart with a bent wheel, sent them an email with the pictures, and almost immediately, offered to send a new one to me. Great customer service! It was really easy to contact them.

We purchased 2 refurbished DK1’s from Hiboy and both were in better than expected condition. There was a small hardware issue and they immediately sent a replacement part. I’m impressed with how well the bikes can carry the kids around the yard. No regrets here!

I had an issue with the Battery of my S2 not charging. They responded to my email quickly and because I had already taken photos and a video, their debugging of the issue happened extremely quickly; Within 24 hours. They shipped me a new battery (I said I could swap it myself) and it showed up within about a week and the swap took less than 15 minutes. The scooter is back up and running great! 5/5 -- Great customer service!

I am satisfied with my new Hiboy Max Pro received 1 month ago. The Hiboy company gave me a very good, fast service following receipt of my scooter which had a problem with the electronic module. Hiboy quickly sent me a new assembled handlebar. The new one is working great so far. I appreciated that Hiboy sent me a gift as compensation. The advantages that made me choose this model despite the high weight (52 lbs) are: two handlebar brakes, dual front and rear suspension, 11-inch wheels for clearance from the ground, more autonomy and power (up to 36 km), width of the platform for the feet and very nice scooter (with its beautiful lighting). As mentioned by others buyers, the weak point is the electronic module which is operated with only one button (to choose the 3 speeds, the lights, the cruise control) and no odometer. The interface with a Cell phone is too basic …for example the number of miles is reset to zero when the application is closed. After driving my new Hiboy Max Pro, three people close to me bought the same model as me and they are also satisfied. Hoping that my scooter remains reliable over time. Thank you Hiboy for the good service received until now! I think that the improvement of the electronic module will make this product the most interesting on the market.

Bought a HiBoy P6 electric bike for my son‘s birthday in October 2023. He has put nearly 800 miles on the bike and developed an E 10 error code on the display. Contacted Service and their requested pictures and a video of the eeror and sent me all the parts to repair in a timely manner. Got the bike fixed and back on the road. Great customer service highly recommend.

The hiboy scooter is amazing. I tried other scooters however this one is the best fit for me and my son. I had an issue with the battery and the customer service immediately resent me a new battery within a few days. Would love to keep riding Hiboy!

Crappy ass company. Ordered a scooter for my son for X-mas and it broke within the first week. I asked to return it and they sent me a motor expecting us to be able to replace it ourselves. My son did replace the motor and what do you know a week later its broken again. This time Hiboy said they would send us new parts again but we never received them. This has been going on since December and we are now well into march. Never use this company. They suck!!!

My wife, son, and I purchased two scooters and a BK1 bike from Hiboy. We are a travel nurse family who travels with a fifth wheel around the country. For those in a similar situation you likely know that space is minimal. Because of this the scooters and bike are always left outside under our rig. They have survived every type of weather you can imagine. Rain, snow, hot sunny days. They have never failed us. Not Once! When we needed a part for my son’s bike due to a wipeout it was sent over promptly and was easy to replace. Needless to say, these products are great, and you can’t go wrong with Hiboy.

Purchased (2) HiBoy VE-1's & (1) E-Com 14 1st, a word about the scooters, then about the company. I wanted electric scooters for my college age kids. No parking issues, no maintenance, no insurance, can use on campus, low operational cost (these things achieve the equivalent of about 1,500 mpg). After doing much research, HiBoy was the clear winner. The VE-1 has large 16" pneumatic tires which provide a smooth ride and will roll over a pothole or speedbump with no problem. Smaller wheeled scooters are much less stable and have a harsh ride. The scooters have a wide, stable standing deck. The 3 range controller lets you set the speed governor for your situation (low, medium, high). The headlamp and brake lamp are excellent safety features. Add in a 30 mile range and 20 mph top speed and this is the ideal local transport. The ECom 14 also features a seat, which my daughter loves, and a basket for books or groceries. My son just uses a backpack. My son attends U-Penn in Philadelphia and carries his on the train (they fold up) to visit other cities, then uses the scooter to get around to see sites and friends. Now, I ride one as well. Now about the company; This is even better. HiBoy's products are excellent, but if you do have a problem, they are 100% behind their product. One of the scooters began having an issue at 50 miles on the odometer. When the tech couldn't resolve it via email and shipped parts, they sent my son a shipping label, took the scooter back, repaired it and reshipped it. The problem reappeared. It turned out to be a shorted motor. They sent an entire motor hub assembly... even though the warranty had expired, because the problem originally occurred during the warranty period. HiBoy is exemplary with their Customer Care. These things are built sturdy and tough, but If you do have an issue, HiBoy will be there. Don't Hesitate; Great Product, Great Company, Great People!
