Excellent service as always

Ekoflow provide great customer service. 1. They arrived on time! 2.the engineers are always courteous and straight, they carry the right spares and equipment. 3. If they don't have a part they invariably return quickly and without crazy call out fees. 4. Ryan the boss is friendly and approachable and runs a tight ship. 5. Professional and nice people

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very friendly team in the office and friendly informative service engineers who always take the time to explain and talk you through all aspects and leave everything clean and tidy.

The engineer gave me warning that he was on his way. He was friendly and informative when he arrived. He completed the maintenance check in 30 minutes which makes the charge of £198 Inc Vat seem very high.

Excellent quick installation. Great team. On point though: my hope that the turf would be rolled up to be put back down again was clearly very naive, so bear this in mind and do it yourself before the digger starts the installation.

Excellent service, responded to breakdown early next day and well within 24 hours. Made temporary fix and followed up with necessary new parts within a week. Great communication throughout with text messages giving ETA’s. Almost immediate summary of work done by email.

Quick attendance following a call about a fault. identified the issue, conformed it was covered by the all inclusive plus contract and carried out the repair within a week. Reliable service and the maintenance contract is well worth considering as it's very cost efficient.

Friendly helpful and polite service engineer. Quick and efficient. Only criticism would be the cost of the service on a system which did not in fact require any work. Otherwise great.
