Technician was polite, professional and thorough, as all have been over the past few years since I switched to Ekoflow. Booking was easy and the person who took the booking was helpful and upbeat. A good experience from start to finish and I have recommended Ekoflow to a friend today.

A first class and professional company . Imogen dealt with my original query and the date given to carry out the works was honoured. Joe and Elijah the 2engineers that attended were both knowledgeable and very polite and very much on time . I would recommend this Company for any drainage issues that you may have !

Imogen has been very efficient in helping me to resolve the issues we have with the plant. She has returned my emails promptly answering all queries. If she didn't have the answer she would immediately find out from a colleague. Very very helpful and a brilliant service to date.

Knowledgeable, tidy and efficient workforce.

The technician arrived early on the specified date, was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. So far so good. But for the work that was done the cost was very expensive. While I understand that for some systems a lot more would be required, for my WPL Diamond 2to6 person system the service consisted of looking in the tank to check it wasn’t crusty, and avisual inspection of the air pump and cleaning its filter. The output wasn’t checked. This took well under an hour, though there would have been significant travelling time as well, and cost £320.perhaps a different charge rate is needed for these simpler systems
