Ordered my part almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it, or any information that it has shipped out to me. Called customer service yesterday and was told they were "waiting on warehouse" and I should get email today. Still have not received email or update where my tool is, but you charged my Visa card $1500.00 on Monday September 18th for it...

Customer service was not responsive. There were multiple issues with shipping and I had to call multiple times to get the issues resolved. Customer service was not proactive nor helpful at times. No issues with the actual product. Items were damaged in shipping (which is a 3rd party) and not deal t with in a timely or appropriate manner. Based on my customer service experience, I would be reluctant to use this company again despite the good price and the quality of the product. It was too much time and energy on my end rather than on the company's end to resolve.

Product is fine, but I was aent on a wild gooae chase to pick it up will call. Tbey at least gave me a small gift for driving 2 hours for nothing...

After 8 days I called to check on my order status and I was told that the item that I had ordered was not available (out of stock). I need the equipment asap so I will get it elsewhere!

We paid for item.With separate shipping.Recieved item without a brush attached.So I sent message back with picture .Now I have to wait 45 days for either new item or refund.Not good business.

The box came soaked in oil and the power washer inside the bag came soaked in oil the motor seal has probably gone bad and leaked oil everywhere

Updated After reviewing on this site, got a response from Toolots where they rectified the issue by expediting a charger. Thanks!
