I would give Toolots 5 stars because the sale process went very smooth. As soon as it got to shipping; it was a nightmare. Placed order on Aug 8th and it was scheduled to ship out on Aug 11th with a delivery date of Aug 18th. Well I just received my order on September 13th; well over a month after I ordered it. After the Aug 18th delivery failed, so did the communication to inform or update me (the customer) with an ETA on my delivery. I made way too many calls to Toolots and the shipping company trying to get info on my delivery. After a month had gone by; I tried to cancel and was told I couldn’t cancel or be refunded. All I can say is don’t waste your time with these folks because you will be ignored, hung up on and discarded like you are the problem. Never again and of course no one apologized for all the inconveniences I suffered through.

Very prompt service

The staff were great. Andrew (Warehouse manager) and Miguel (tech) were helpful and good folks. Unfortunately the product wasn't great. No user manual or instructions included. Brakes didn't work. First time I drove it I discovered no brakes. Outcome could have been much worse but fortunately I didn't crash.

They offered free shipping on a freight item and only 2 days after ordering the item arrived. Shipping company was nice also. Item set up was easy and in perfect working condition. This was for a Sysform P4505 cutter.

The website was easy to use. Pricing not bad. After I ordered the dehumidifier I was contacted by Toolots and told it was out of stock. So I found a different one comparable price but the shipping was 3 times more. Paid it and got the one originally ordered. Emailed Mark at Toolots. He had the difference credited back. Wish they would have contacted me about it first. It works great though.

First of all, your products are decent, and the price is good. My issues are that the people whom are in charge of pulling the items out of stock and shipping them are way too slow. We literally have to follow up on our purchases, and find out when we can expect delivery. Second, your website is full of false information. I am very good at paying attention to what is in or out of stock, but items that show to be in stock "are actually, out of stock". This is unacceptable ! It is very hard to want to continue doing business when most of what we need and want is always out of stock, and we find out after we pay for the purchase...

What I would say is there needs to be a more detailed manual included with shipment.. if there is one available please let me know so I can download .. I have seals to put on and again the user guide included does NOT explain the process very well..

This was my first order from Toolots but I couldn't be happier so far! Very quick shipment and I really needed the items to be here quickly, really helped with our project. I will put this company at the top of my list going forward for sure.

My order was lost by Fedex or something, not Toolots fault but they have done nothing to fix the problem. I emailed but no response, I had to call and the lady on the phone didn't seem too happy to help. Wanted me to call Fedex and get it handled, not how Fedex works, shipper has to call. Still waiting on a response to get my stuff.

Broken, Destroyed items attempted to be delivered. Worse customer service. 3 weeks to find return item. Little to no communication. 1 month for replacement items. No refund offered.
