This is the second time that I have used Toolots. I still can't believe their prices. Both fusion tools worked as they should. In both cases we only needed these tools for a 1 time use so it was really nice to not have to spend a lot of money on them. So far so good with Toolots. Great verbal communication also with the 1 purchase as the salesman talked me through the best option, (real people here). Highly recommend for the price to try them out. I've been a Journeyman Plumber in Wisconsin for 20 years so I know how things should work.

The mixer arrived damaged!

ordered item overnight delivery but you did not ship on Friday I needed Monday will not do me any good for Tuesday You should not offer overnight if you can't deliver.

If you are shipping a giant roll of tape, be smart enough to wrap it so the ends do not arrive black and shredded. Protecting white carpet with dirty tape. 😡What a joke.

Easy ordering and dependable service

I bought the incorrect unit and now have to suffer hauling a 400 Lbs unit around because the unit I obtained is not self powered. Do not buy this unit unless you are very strong. The unit operates correctly, with no issues. I wish the sales staff had discussed the machine to make sure I was buying what I thought was a self powered unit. (self powered was what I was looking at originally, and thought that was what I ordered ) Staff friendly, and shipping fast. Will order from you again.

Shipping came as expected and in good condition. Appears to be exactly what I ordered. I will get to use it in the next week to find out the quality.

I ordered 1/8" ss hyd ball valve on 9/13, website said it was in stock. called today 9/21 and was told my order was ready to ship. Got home to my home computer and found an email saying my item was now out of stock, but it was noted as an 1/4" size not the 1/8" size I ordered. I reply emailed to note this and the size correction. and you want a good review???? the order hasn't shipped yet and is already AFU.

They have very poor technical support with the equipment they sell!
