Great online service gentleman named Jose great help

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered a bandsaw in May from the Bolton Tools website. They required pre payment before they would ship so we sent them the purchase order. After about a week we still had not received and OA or shipping information and attempted to contact the sales rep directly and he did not respond to emails or return phone calls despite leaving countless voicemails. We attempted calling the customer service number on the Toolots website and never managed to get through. Eventually, I started calling the number listed on the Bolton Tools website that I originally called for the quote and was told that the order was never transferred from one of their computer systems to the other so the warehouse couldn't pick the lot. I called several times over the course of about two weeks to attempt to get updates and have this issue resolved and it was never resolved. On 6/19 I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. They cancelled the order and told me that a refund would be issued on 7/25. It is now 9/13 and the refund still hasn't been issued. I have contacted customer service several times and they have attempted to escalate the issue several times and their accounting team doesn't even respond to them. This is scam business that will take you money, not deliver the product and not issue refunds after order cancellation. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

I was charged for my order over a month ago....no word from anyone regarding delivery. They don't seem to know where my order is.

This part came , exactly as I ordered.

I ordered wrong part and it was delivered as promised. The agent I worked with was very helpful with the return proceed.

The time and follow up was great. I actually was surprised at how fast I received the product. Well done!

So order #100266511 Toolots wrote on our review previously to please let them know what the order # was and more info. STILL NO CORRESPONDENCE on their part! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. They did not send our item due to being out of stock and we didn't know this for 9 days after they had our money for the item.

I ordered the part and sent a check in the mail. Toolots called me to verify my order and I received the part soon after they received my check.

A nice selection of collets and other tool holders at a very reasonable price.

Oil leaked over everything

This was my first order. All Went well. The sale lady On the Oder desk and all The process was the best service I could have asked for From them. Thank you once again

I’ve been ordering these for about 5 months now. About 2 out of 10 of them are defective as in the handle will not turn after just a few hours of use. I changed over to the carbon steel to try them next.

Communication was awful. Nobody called and kept me informed of what was happening. Very disappointing to spend that much money and to be treated like that.

The price, delivery service and ease of set up was great.

There was a cracked plastic panel upon receipt of the shipment. I was told it’ll take 45 days to get a replacement piece. This seems like a long time to wait.

I had a problem with a machine. You honered your warranty and sent a new one, with no problem. Easy to work with and get in touch with. I will do buisness with you agin.
