Attachment came shipping crate destroyed, and all the fitting are loose

Very poor communication. Waited all day for delivery that was supposed to be between 11am and 4 pm. Had a forklift ready. They wasted a day of My time with no curtisy call. Do not buy from this company unless you want headaches.

The salesman gave me a discount on top of the sale price for being a return customer and you had free shipping. I bought a tiller earlier this summer and it went great. The tiller is built really strong like I hope this hoist is.

I am very pleased with my attachment. Questions after the sale were answered promptly. I had concerns about delivery, they checked it out and gave me a date. This is my first purchase with Toolots, I will do business with this company again.

I was told I would receive an email when my item shipped. It's been a week and I have received no email or item, therefore I must assume that my order has not been processed or shipped. Yet I was asked to write a review about my experience.

The 5T 3 in 1 DC12V Electric Hydraulic Car Jack Tool kit is marvelous! I have owned at least 85 to 90 cars in the 48 years I have been driving. Yet, I have never had the opportunity to own such a tool kit as complete as the one I just purchased from Toolots. Within a total of 15 minutes I actually changed the spare tire on my '03 Land Rover Discovery with the 27mm lug nuts. It went so fast, I could barely keep up with the whole process, literally. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this kit! Not only did I change the spare on my '03 Discovery, but continued with my Ford E-350 Super Duty Van. On man, I am one happy camper!! Product is very well built and nicely finished. The box had plenty of packing to protect the product. Received the box a day earlier than expected. All good.

I would say the followup on parts was well communicated and choices to return or keep, very fair. I really wanted to keep the flail mower and TOOLOTS made every effort to satisfy and correct shipping deficiencies which I beleave were created by the shipping / delivery company. I am a very satisfied customer of TOOLOTS.

DO NOT BUY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE::: As always it's easy to order and pay. Bad communication between seller and delivery company. Distribution center called me with the delivery driver and they had no idea on anything for me. Driver had no order number, delivery address or who he received the order pick from. Fork lift was dropped off at my property to move the large container and its still here 2 days later. Box was damaged, equipment was scratched, No build or start up instructions. The big one: Internal hydraulic connection leaked all over my driveway (loose connection) NO QUALITY CHECKS. Spent 3 hrs taking the unit apart to fix the leak. Emailed the supply company and had no response. Jason.

I have not yet installed ( next weeks list). But from value , quick service and shipping w/ looming ups yellow freight strike actions I was very surprised it got here so quick damage free and looks to be a high quality item that fits the previous refeer (domtic) location and 3 power sources is fantastic.
