I can't track my order and I can't sign in the website, so there's no way for me to know where my order is.

We ordered a lab oven from you. It has never worked correctly. Each time we used it, before it managed to fully heat to 170C it blew its fuse. We had the fuse replaced several times and each time we tried to use the oven the fuse blew before reaching the desired temperature. I have been working on a resolution to this for more than a month now. No one ever gets back to me when I am told that they will. We followed all of the steps and procedures as dictated by toolots. Now we have been told to return the item for a refund but we are REQUIRED to PAY for shipping the item back, we are REQUIRED to wrap and pallet the item for shipment. This is all unacceptable! Why should WE incur more expenses for an item that you sold us that NEVER worked??

The fan was on time and works perfectly. the guys said there were no instructions in the box(that is questonable since I didn't open the boxes). With the video you have online they got it up and now they want 2 more.

Well, I build my own Gantry Crane. From May to July 2003. So I needed a trolley but I bought two.! One for each corner; One ton each. Then I needed another one a Two Ton Trolley to use in the center of the I beam when necessary. After a extencive search I found Toolots; and the trolleys they have are very different.! The design of them is way better than the norm. Check them up if U need one. Prices are a secundary issue when Quality is your preference. Although their prices are also very good .! My latest purchase from them was 2; Two Ton Chain Hoists. Also for my Wonderful Gantry Crane. The shipping was only about 15 bucks and they got here to me in only 3 and a half days ...!!! I bought them with about one month difference in time. U can't bit that shipping price for this things Friends. They are very heavy ..!! I really like this company and I will continue checking their store everytime I need something . Theyr customer service is also Excellent ..!! Thank U for attending my review ... I got my flail mower this morning and it seems like a rugged mower, find out once i put it together. shipping took almost 3 weeks but from cal, to maine i guess that is not too bad for free shipping. the main reason i bought this one with the slide is it has 3 belts that run the cutters. all others i looked at only had two belts. Be careful, i bought a flail mower that looks very rugged for med grade mower, still have not been able to use driveshaft is too long needs to be cut or buy shorter one? but i'm adding to my review not because right after buying mine they dropped the price over 200 hundred but because i went to order a couple replacement blades for 12 bucks a piece and went to pay and they wanted 94.00 bucks to mail me a small box after shipping me 800 pounds for free? I will find my blades some place other than here.

Great company. Gave me an email of my transaction. And updated when it was going to be delivered.

I bought an RV refrigerator. It took a little more than a week to install the refrigerator. It immediately started working when tested in my driveway at home. Two weeks later, I took the RV on a 2 week road trip. As soon as outside temperature hit 88 degrees, the refrigerator shut down and got warm inside. We checked DC power and verified the propane heater was still functioning however refrigerator remained warm for 2 days until weather cooled.At that point the refrigerator started working again for about 2 days when it suddenly stopped working. I called the return department and Marian started paperwork. After 2 weeks of no response, I called company. The guy said 15 day return only and the 90 day warrantee does not apply!!!!!!! Called back to talk to sales department and this man said I will transfer you to someone who can help. I waited on phone for 20 minutes with no pickup. I called back and a lady answered the phone. She kept telling me that she could not hear me although I heard laughing in the background!!!!! Dont buy from this company.

Hi this is David Cardenas I live in Visalia . I have a SLRT, Scooter. 350w 49v. Settings adult scooter goes 20 miles an hour. Speed it goes 19 mi with one charge. I am not able to have the right type of charger for my scooter if you happen to have one for my scooter I would want one right away if you have it please and I would purchase it otherwise the one you sent me was wrong the wrong connector .

Your website does not advise the buyer that the hobby mill/lathe combo equipment comes fully assembled at a weight of 687 lbs and will require a forklift to maneuver. It also doesn't define adequate lifting points if you do not have a forklift. I had to muster up 3 friends and an engine hoist to move the unit into the garage. Your customer service was useless and simply blamed me for not knowing how the unit is shipped. Basically told me that it's mine now, figure it out. I will never purchase another expensive piece of equipment from tool lots ever again. Your customer service sucks.

I called and asked a question about a Toolots product before I bought. The call center rep promised to get a product manager to email me back. No such email came. Then, after I received the item damaged, I emailed back asking to send it back. No reply.

Sold me an item thats out of stock, then took 5 days to let me know its out of stock and won't be delivered anytime soon.
