Still waiting for delivery

They are HORRIBLE with their customer service and responding. They charged my credit card for 2 autoclave purchases when I only had 1 ordered, I had to call and cancel the other one and they made it a whole separate order. After 8 uses of my autoclave, it began malfunctioning. I purchased a warranty through EXTEND, which began in January of 2023, however there was a manufacturer warranty included and it trumped out my EXTEND. I attempted multiple forms of communication to Toolots to get my autoclave repaired, was given a complete runaround, and never received help or repairs from them.

Your machine was packaged very poorly and broke in transit and now I’m getting no response on a shipping label for a return and no one will tell me about a replacement. I need this ASAP. I just want my product I have put out the thousands of dollars and have a broken machine sitting here.

I have yet to receive my order from Toolots placed on 7/4. I have made at least 6 phone calls to resolve and get a refund. The frieght company they used does not have a small truck to deliver to me??? That's according to the freight company. Toolots customer service, which is a joke, has told me every time they need to escalate the call to logistics. I have yet to hear from them. It's now 7/28. I would not purchase from this company. I'm reporting them to PayPal, my credit card company, and fraud protection. Please read the reviews on Google. There are several complaints like mine.

I'm new visiting your website and I liked how easy it was to place my order, i also noticed how much stuff you offer. I'm sure we will be buying a lot more stuff from your company in the future.

Difficult to pay by credit card, but to be clear it’s unreal…after after all attempts I made wire transfer with fee $25 for bank and after3 days I got confirmation about my order…the worst shop, the worst service!

order was a total fiasco - I had sent an inquiry in that never got answered so I called and walked through the order and everything seemed fine. I called later to inquire why it showed the carrier had not picked up the shipment the day after it was to be delivered and they stated it was a carrier delay - no issue understandable. I called again a week later when it showed delivered at 4am to our business. The customer service girl wanted me to call the carrier and I asked why should I contact your carrier, she said CALM DOWN - I wil do it. Then called me back and stated the carrier was delivering the next day but no time estimate. Then the driver showed up and had no lift gate service ordered - when I called toolots to confirm the order as it only showed a $296 charge, the person answering stated I only show you contacted us twice before, i stated well i dont believe that is true not counting the emails. He yelled at me stating i was calling him a liar. I had no idea that they have so many complaints so I can only hope this machine has no problems!! READ THEIR RESPONSE - THEY TOTALLY MISSED THE ISSUE REGARDING COMMUNICATION!

After 4 emails to the status of a order which they never responded, I give up and will. Be canceling the order. I don’t need to do business with a company like this.

It was great hopefully it’s fast shipping

Item was shipped in two separate boxes. One for some reason was rerouted to an address I hadn't lived at for 17 years. The other showed up on time and damaged. Like most companies these days they make it impossible to get a hold of. Their site talks about...just give us a call or send us an email but they never answer the phone if they have a phone number and never seem to answer emails. So I would not purchase from them again I do not like companies that do business in this fashion. You talk customer service you better damn well provide it if you want my business.

I received my remote control lawnmower today, unboxed it both electric motors that raise and lower the mower part we’re completely destroyed, also is was suppose to have a snow plow attachment and it was missing along with the piston that raises and lowers it. I will give another review after I see how toollots handle all this. I hope they step up I spent a lot of money on this.
