I finished my order and paid by charge card. Two days later I received a message that Toolots made a mistake and wanted an additional $200 for freight.

The shipping cost is horrible. It’s outrageous!!!!! A $7.00 item cost $23 to ship 600 miles. The same item for 50 of them 27 lbs. total weight costs $894. How is this possible? These items are not big by any stretch. They are stepless ear clamps!!! It’s ridiculous.

My branch manager purchased this sweeper in September of 2022 and the sweeper was only functional for 6 months at best. When I reached out to them inquiring about a warranty I was told that the warranty was only for 90 days and they do not have any suggestions on a repair company. Very cheap machine and I do not suggest that you purchase it. You shouldn't have to purchase an extended warranty in order to receive a functional product... Scam!!!
