Laura and Sarah were both so helpful and patient when advising us in the revamp of our sitting room through the use of soft furnishings and accessories. Neither pushed us to purchase and we felt very comfortable with the whole experience.

I attended Winter Recipe naking with Becky Wilkinson and it was utterly devine. The festive atmosphere, lovely prosecco and delicious food were such at . treat.

Ordered a load of furniture and they sent the wrong colour table and chairs. Only to then say they don’t stock the colour ordered. It took a year to arrive. Quality is ok but not anywhere as good as the brand portrays.

The staff at the Cambridge store were so welcoming and friendly. The store itself is like the dream home. Always look forward to visiting Neptune stores! Our rug arrived within two days and it is stunning. Thank you!

From the moment entering the store the stores ambiance felt like home. A warm glow of comfort love and care. That is what home is to me. I was immediately greeted by the smiles of Luisa and Bobby. Who represented the company with delight and with respect and great customer care. No pushiness here. The greeting was sincere and comfortable. I loved these young women’s care. They not only dealt with my outreach immediately but they actually replaced the entire table for free of charge, and had it delivered, all within a matter of weeks. Very helpful staff and great products.designs really helped, Jill sorted out a few issues here and there and solved them with no issue. We could not have been more delighted in our Neptune kitchen. The whole process from beginning to end was wonderful and Gill really was at the heart of that experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the final design she came up with could not have been better. All the areas function beautifully and the quality of the workmanship is next to none. Even some tiny snagging issues were all dealt with by the team and by the end of it all, we felt like we had had such a positive and personal experience that it could not have been bettered.
