We had to wait quite a while for delivery but there were no problems and the cabinet was delivered in the timescale given by Neptune. Delivery men were very pleasant and polite - removed packaging, placed cabinet where we wanted it and gave us additional information in case we had any problems. As always great service.

Ireland | 14 November 2024We ordered our Neptune kitchen from Neptune Global Village in Dublin in 2019. Despite having to return a couple of lamps for shoddy workmanship, we were pleased with the finished kitchen. The office staff (Deasy and Karol) were particularly helpful. One problem occurred that I should have dealt with at the time but I let it go. That problem was the use of the old style magnetic door closures on the bespoke cupboards we ordered. The old style ones have leather pads while the new type are rubber which close much more quietly and were installed on our non bespoke cupboards. I thought we could put up with the clunking noise but it has become very irritating so I contacted Neptune Global Village in Dublin recently to ask whether they could send me just the rubber pads. They said they don't supply just the pads and I would have to purchase the whole part which isn't cheap for 4 cupboards (10 catches). I wasn't happy with that response so contacted Neptune UK but they referred me back to Neptune Dublin. Unfortunately the original office staff from 2019 don't seem to be there anymore. So all in all I think a company that claims to offer a premium product should treat their customers better if they want repeat business. I appreciate that I should have dealt with the matter when the kitchen was installed. Update: Jamie from Neptune UK customer service contacted me and immediately sent me the correct magnetic catches, apologising for them not being fitted originally. I'm delighted. I've upgraded the star rating to reflect Jamie's input. It's just rather a shame that Neptune in Dublin didn't offer quite the same level of customer service as Neptune UK.

However, this time the sales assistant was very snooty and unhelpful when we needed help with buying a lampshade. It was only when a colleague came over to support her did she become less aloof and a bit more helpful. I made my purchase but it was not an enjoyable experience.

United Kingdom | 14 November 2024I bought two medium Athena lamp bases and two 28" Oliver warm white shades after seeing one on display in the Winchester store. They are stunning and worth the considered price. They have really useful dimmer options on the switches which I wasn't expecting. I love visiting Neptune Winchester (and Bath) I love how it's like walking into a very stylish home, and being able to see how things look in a room setting. The staff have become like old friends and are always very welcoming and helpful. I ordered the lamps in store and picked them up from the store 2 weeks later as promised. I have bought many things from here and I've never been disappointed with the quality and value for money.

Rather poor service and think Neptune should review this aspect. I received your reply 1 tin was delivered on the Tuesday, the other 3 took over a week. Please just accept that it delivery times need improving, tracking system is required and the introduction of express delivery?
