Excellent product delivery was fast and came on time

Last year I moved from a large house into an Apartment to downsize and also live in the centre of Farnham a terrifying experience. However - Gill at Neptune made this experience for my husband and I so wonderful. having had large, cosy family homes i wanted to maintain the feeling of welcome and homeliness while appreciating the fact my apartment was modern. The whole experience with Gill and Neptune was amazing and I am so proud of our new home and have so many compliments when people visit us I can strongly recommend Gill, Neptune and the quality of their service and furniture

We moved house in November 2022 to a listed property that needed a little love and attention. We have bought and enjoyed Neptune furniture for over 12 years but only since our most recent move have we made use of the design service. What can I say, our house has been transformed into our dream home. We have had advice and guidance on numerous projects and full designs commissioned for the living room and most recently the bedroom/bathrooms resulting in a stunning outcome that has exceeded expectation. I cant wait to go home everyday. Special credit and heartfelt thanks to Colchester's Home Designer, Danielle Paddon, who has taken the time to get to know us, our likes and dislikes, visit our home, challenge us on design thoughts and always delivers what she has promised. We trust Danielle 100% with her ideas and guidance, is a pleasure to work with and she is always welcome to visit the home she has helped create, we couldn't be happier. The store is great, staff attentive and friendly, deliveries are as scheduled, fitters are respectful and efficiently excellent and quality is stunning. Everyone involved was kind, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. This began with Misha the Designer and continued with Jo with Store Liaison. The Project Manager, Ian, was brilliant along with the Installers, Ian and Stuart, and finally Tom the Decorator. The people involved made a task, which I thought would be daunting after purchasing my first home much easier and relaxed. I love my new kitchen. Everything about it is just what I imagined and much more. I highly recommend Neptune.

My husband and I visited the Chesham branch last Friday. The moment we stepped into the shop, we were welcomed by the delicious aroma, beautiful festival display, and mostly importantly, the very diligent service of the staff. Love this store, visit frequently for Interior inspiration, invaluable advice and amazing customer service. The store is beautifully presented, so much so I never really want to leave. Most recent visit was for their Christmas market and it was lovely to see local crafts in a relaxed non sale pressured environment. Will be back very soon

I love everything about the Neptune store in Canterbury. From my very first experience to present day. The staff are an absolute pleasure always greeted with an hello, and a smile. My recent purchase was handled perfectly and the member of staff guided me through each process including when I might expect delivery. The Montague bar stools arrived and they were unboxed for me by the very pleasant driver. I checked the stools whilst the driver waited. The driver took all the packaging away for me. They were perfect in every way and are now in my kitchen and I am delighted. Thank you and will be visiting again very soon

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Neptune and we are very happy with the end result. The project started with design concept, on-site visits, planning, etc, and we were kept in the loop at all times. Nothing was ever too much of a problem, being encouraged to take our time over choice of style, layout, colours and timescales. This all made for a relaxing process and gave us a feeling of confidence in what was promised. For example, this included changes to colours and work surfaces which would probably frustrate many a supplier! Once we had sorted the whole area ready for the dry fit (completed perfectly by Steve Matthews from Warmflow and his team), the Neptune installers did a fabulous job, whilst working in what must have been the hottest days of the year - great stamina! Any large fit involves various small niggles, and these were always ironed out with the least fuss and we were kept abreast of timescales at all times. The final result has given us a kitchen of high quality that will clearly last the test of time, something Neptune feel confident enough to supply a lifetime guarantee for. We have a bespoke personalised kitchen that WE wanted, and not that as desired by a designer - this was very important to us. Special thanks (in no particular order) must go to the Project Manager Ian, and Sarah, the Design Assistant in the Guildford branch. Bryn, Karl and Ollie from Eleven Oaks fitted everything, and Tom put the final touches together including the decorating. They were thoroughly professional and we would rate them as highly recommended. We are delighted customers.

Store very well laid out, stock presented in a very attractive way., found things I didn't know I needed! Staff very helpful and were able to give me advice on colour schemes and furniture for my rooms. Having recently moved into a new house this was very useful.

The emulsion paint is very good. My favourite in fact. After fully decorating a number of houses and using many other brands the only one that's come close has been Dulux Heritage paints. The current project has been exclusively painted in Neptune. Shipping is hit and miss, sometimes waiting much longer than advertised which always causes issues when in the middle of a job. The eggshell paint is water based and while it's easy to work with as it has low odour, it takes so many coats to get a good coverage and chips far too easily once dried. Used different colours/batches in different areas and it's no where near as good as Dulux, worth keeping in mind if using in high traffic areas.

Efficient service lovely products

I visited the Christmas market at Neptune Farnham today where everything was beautifully presented, with artisans keen to talk about their products. Great ambience in the lovely premises with live music from a local singer songwriter and really helpful staff.

Thank you for a lovely Christmas craft Day. Most enjoyable. I brought a long 2 friends who had never been to Neptune before. But will certainly be visiting again.
