I was helped today by Julie and Lynsey and got some great advice on last chance stock as well as an informative introduction to many of the new items that are available and how they would work with existing pieces I have bought from Neptune. Even though there were other customers in the store I felt that my needs were important and their product knowledge is excellent.

I recently had a home colour consultation visit. Extremely helpful to see all the samples held against the walls . Ilyeash suggested colours that I wouldn’t have thought of. A really useful experience for anyone who is indecisive about choosing colours.

So our delightful Casper armchair has arrived in perfect condition from Winchester today. The order was only placed yesterday afternoon. We really appreciated the photos emailed to us; the chair is in excellent condition and I cannot believe my luck in receiving it. It’s the perfect chair - so comfy and elegant - but not too large. Thank you again to Lee for the recommended driver and to whoever it was at HQ who linked with Lee at Cheltenham to source the Casper chair. We highly rate Neptune - but in this instance you’ve each gone above and beyond to assist us and we feel very fortunate.

My husband and I searched around for a new kitchen for 2 years! We landed on Neptune and WOW we are so pleased with our choice as our kitchen is beautiful and we love it. We went for a Suffolk kitchen with an island and marble top. From meeting Chris in the Weybridge branch we knew this would be a smooth, professional experience and we were right. The units are very good quality and it all compliments my old house beautifully. Highly recommend.
