Really disappointing - tried to book a personal bespoke interior design meeting only to be told that the colleague who provided the service was not available Very vague response when I asked when they would be available. Told to call back to speak to the manager in a couple of weeks Really disappointed and frustrated by lack of detailed response and very. unhelpful.

Nipped into Neptune today to get inspiration for refreshing my open plan kitchen/living room. I was so happy with the advice I received about paint colours and where to use them to bring the room together in a stylish way, so much more than I could have envisaged. I was impressed with every contact, from visiting the wonderful shop in Hailsham, the staff were so charming and helpful, taking time sourcing wood samples. Similarly, the delivery men couldn't have more professional. I am delighted with my table, it's beautifully made and enhances the room perfectly.

Delivery was slow and the quality of products are poor especially for the price you have paid. This place is overrated. We have brought lots of items for our new house and we have received better quality products from other websites!
