I have found Sandy great as a Property Manager. If I had my own property she is definitely someone who I would want to manage it. I know that I could trust her to do regular inspections and that she would be thorough. Her communication is great even though I am never here when she does the inspections she always leaves chocolates so I know that she has been and follows up the next day with the report.

The building may seem to be an ordinary establishment for some but what makes it so special (aside from my housemates) is the property manager like Sandy that makes sure that you are safe, looked after and feel at home. Being an immigrant, nothing is more important than to find a place that is secure and felt respected. She replies on my enquiries through emails or texts and give me updates regarding my queries. She is very understanding, empathetic but firm. I never had any problem or issue during my entire stay. Cliche it may sound, but she is definitely an asset to Oxygen. She is highly commendable and I wish nothing more but continued success and good health. Thank you Sandy!
