I have had a truly great experience with Oxygen Lower Hutt. My property manager always replies to queries promptly and makes arrangements for any repairs etc to be carried out. I am always kept aware of what is being done and each time there is always a follow up call to make sure tasks are competed. I am very happy with the service provided to me.

Susie Ellis and Jade Carassco helped us to find a lovely house in Lower Hutt. With their support, we moved to our new place without any hassle. My continuing experience of Oxygen Agency. Oxygen Lower Hutt are the Property agents for my one-bedroom accomodation, flat 3 in the block of 12 flats at 95 Farmer Cresent, Taita. My continuing experience of Oxygen Property Management is first with Jade Carrasco, in my view a quintessential professional. Jade keeps us informed of any issues that might affect the property - such as general mainenance, car parking, and responds effectively to any issues I and others, have raised with her. These exchanges are always respectful, friendly, informative, open and honest. Second - Oxygen maintain a Property emergency 0800 after hours number. Third - Oxygen admin at their offices in Cornwall Street, have been unfailingly responsive to any enquiries Ive made. As well. Property management in regard to cleaning and ground maintainence especially in the persons of Dale and Cherie, is of highest standards, responsible, reliable, and approachable. Thank you, Oxygen.
