Kelly was so helpful she helped me in a time I was really struggling. We lost our home and everything in it during the floods from cyclone Gabrielle she helped us get into a house as fast as she could. It was a huge relief. She’s been great with repairs needed on the house and communication with me.

This is pretty stock standard with Aileen, you get fantastic, immediate service with true professionalism throughout. I was discussing work at the house, a couple of small jobs but also a couple of large jobs I was toying with. I was really rapt when Aileen gave me such professional advice and guidance, plus another way of looking at it all, it was second to none. Such top advice and guidance that I am currently rethinking my strategy and looking at a few other options which Aileen is assisting me with. Aileen is the consummate professional and is not only a credit to herself, but also to the Oxygen Property Management organisation. If there is a better property manager, I would love to meet them. I am doubtful of that and I am firmly of the belief I have the very best and would not change.
