Jodie & Cheyenne gave 5* customer service at the Coventry Arena store. They were very patient as I browsed for what I looked for, offering help if I looked like I was struggling. Both were very easy to talk to & they seemed genuinely happy to be there. It makes a nice change seeing employees actively happy & helpful.

I bought 2 pairs of slippers “Buy one get one free “ but received only one. Customer service won’t send me the other pair. I have to send the pair I received ( £2.50) and reorder 2 pairs!

Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the box the shoes came in was very badly damaged. As I stack my shoes in boxes this was disappointing. Normally when I order shoes on line the shoe box is placed in an outer box to avoid damage. Apart from that the shoes fit nice and appear to be comfy.

The excellent service was exceptional and the actual shoes are great, really comfortable and well made, amazing for the price. I will certainly buy from them again, by far the best all round service from an online supplier I have experienced for a long time. Highly recommended.

I wanted a good comfortable pair of boots and ordered some from shoezone. They were a good price and came the next day and free delivery. I read on some reviews that they come up a bit small so ordered the next size up. They were perfect and just what I was looking for, so I ordered another pair in tan. Very pleased and impressed with quick service.

It was a last minute purchase, and I was unsure about purchasing from ShoeZone at first, however it was a win win. I received the order the next day, so prompt delivery, the boots I purchased although made in China, are value for money and are comfortable and seem hardwearing, the beauty of; the purchase it was buy one get one free even better. I also purchased Barrington Adults Navy and White Stripe EVA Slider. My previous pair were worn out and a different brand but these are smart and comfortable. I recommend these boots and sliders.
