Excellent Customer Service Ordered shoes which initially did not arrive. Contacted Customer Services and within a week I now have comfortable shoes (and as I have wider feet I can confirm that these are very comfortable!)

Brilliant service I needed a pair of slippers and they arrived promptly the very next day. Had my regular delivery man who’s very reliable too. Excellent value, comfy and warm.

Same old problem. Shoes are fine, delivery left outside, no knock on door. I am NOT using this service again. I will click and collect. I am not ringing customer services again, either. I would like someone to contact me for a change. This is a joke too far.

Bought some slippers. Size 13 are hard to find and these ones fit great and have a good sole on them that will last. The deal was 2 pairs for £10, absolute bargain and free next day delivery!! Unbelievable service 5 stars

The most comfortable shoes I have bought for a long time so nice I bought a pair in the shop and two more pairs on line. Contacted customer services as bag torn and only one pair delivered but this was the couriers mistake. The response was fantastic. Problem sorted straight away and new pair delivered the next day. The customer services representative was a credit to the company. 100% happy.

I ordered some ankle boots yesterday and they arrived today. Super fast delivery. Excellent service. Unfortunately & no fault to the store. I have to return them as they were too small for me, I think I need a wide fit. But I know I can return to my local shoezone store, where you can return the item unworn and in the original condition within 12 months of purchase, where a refund or exchange can be actioned. How good is that! One thing I would like to add, as I was not in a rush to receive my order, maybe shoezone could offer a standard delivery other than next day. As I am sure it is very expensive in comparison to a standard delivery. So they would save.
