Called a store in London , Barking shoe zone , I was blown away by the world class excellent customer service delivered to me by member staff called Hina 🤩 I called store before travelling and was contemplating to go barking or another part of east London sports direct to get a pair of emergency shoes for school my older son had an accident so had to dispose them , I called the store and the warm welcoming voice on there phone was again by Hina a very professional employee who has such great customer service skills and is compassionate to help her customers, I enquired about a pair of kickers in a size 7 (41) thankfully Hina efficiently checked storage and found whilst I’m on call and confirmed ✅ which was amazing , I was so impressed with the level of care Hina showed to me as a potential customer , soon as I got off call I instantly made my decision to purchase from Hiba and not from sports direct . I am very very happy I went to store and warm greeting and a simple hello I knew straight away I was approached by Hina … I am greatful and successfully purchased desired shoes for my son ✅and was completely satisfied from beginning to end of the experience I had so smoothly and professionally, Gina deserves a recognition she is truly hard working and went out her way for a potential customer because of staff like Hina customers feel comfortable to purchase I’m very happy thankyou again Hina at barking shoe zone . The shoes were for my granddaughter. Unfortunately the size was not available on display so the shop assistant ordered them on line for me. They arrived next day at my home in perfect condition and no postage and packing charged. A very good service indeed.

Joined the ShoeZone club and got a £5 voucher that I can't use! The button immediately below the code obscures part of it, I've tried various combinations of letters but it just keeps stating that the code isn't recognised! I can't fault the shoes or the online ordering though, I've been a fan for years but haven't been since I retired and moved to a different place.

Ordered these boots late evening and they were delivered just after 10am next day - free delivery. The rounded toe and decorative extras on this boot make it stylish and they are very lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods even from new- as they are a little bit wider.
