Definitely not next day delivery. I have ordered on 2 occasions a week apart and on both occasions it's taken 2 days for the shoes to be delivered.

I took back a pair of Wellington boots that had been given as a present as they leaked on first wear. Although the policy says without a receipt they will exchange the shop refused. Customer services also refused to offer exchange. They even ignore the sale of good act which states goods should be fit for purpose. Total waste of time

Well this is the first time ever using shoe zone, and it will be the last. I Placed an order on tuesday for a pair of boots i needed for today. Next day delivery it stated.. When i Placed the order it had an order number and said order complete, i did not screen shot it which i could kick myself for: Money was pending in the bank so thought nothing of it, no confirmation email sent so i contacted them yesterday which was a pain! The phone just kept ringing and ringing, had to message them On social media with a long waiting time to even get any information for them to say ‘they cant find my order’ needless to say the money is still pending in the bank and has taken it of my available balance.

The price of these plimsolls was the best by far and there was no delivery charge, delivery was day after ordering I will definitely order from Shoezone again.

Shoes were nice but one boot was missing the insole so had to take back. Next day delivery which was good but no emailed received to say had actually been delivered and the parcel was thrown over my fence and no note left through the door even tho I added on the delivery page to deliver after 4.

Had to call to my former hometown Bolton from Blackpool and called into the shop to buy the shoes I normally buy from there but the strange thing however is the difference in size's ? I normall buy size 8 but they were far to big this time so tried a 7 and still to big so ordered a pair size 6 [ very strange ] but not in stock but was delivered the following day to my home in Blackpool and fit ok ??? ' so the question is' if this company can do it why can't all firms who sell items do the same instead of waiting days on end

Very happy with the shoes the store staff and the whole experience really! I went to buy some house slippers for my little one and they didn’t have in store the size needed but the ladies were super nice and helpful and they told me i can have them next day delivered free of charge! Over the moon with the choice! Now we have some very cute and comfy slippers and on time!
