Lovely boots. Normally when I've ordered online we get them either the day after or two days after ordering which is super quick. These took days to come.

Can’t fault our local shop. But next day delivery is shocking. Purchased on the 8th of January and still waiting for my order. I cannot review as I have not received the goods. Customer service is little help as it’s currently with Evri.

Experience going into the shop and assistant ordering on line for me as they didn't have in store all good next day delivery took 3 days I know weather was not good but to be told they were close to be dropped off then said will have to wait until next day was frustrating.

Order in store had a chat with customer service then had email to say there was a problem Could it be that the store colleagues were not particularly interested. I have shopped in Stevenage store many times and the are so helpful courtesy and cheerful perhaps they should give other store some lessons. Shoes I ordered online are great and amazing price and next day delivery amazing shoes ordered in store still waiting for 2 days overdue would recommend shoezone but only certain stores who know what they are doing

The shoes look good, fit well, only worn them twice, comfortable a good product at an exceptionally low price. Quality they're a cheap shoe but for what I paid excellent value. Especially when you factor in delivery charges. Came next day as promised, I ordered them at 8 pm and they arrived the next evening. The reason for only giving three stars is since I bought them a couple of weeks ago, I have been inundated with emails trying to sell me more shoes, 26 to be precise! Today I received one at 6 am followed by another at 8 am. I have now unsubscribed .

Ordered 2 pairs of boots as unsure what size I would need. Both boxes came ripped, size 5 packed really well with appropriate tissues and cardboard, unlike other pair, size 6 (which did fit)No tissue packaging in boots n looked scuffed all over as if they had previously been worn, will be returning both, very disappointed as they are really lovely boots.
