United States | 23 January 2023Processed 2 orders for Costa del Mar sunglasses. 1st was acknowledged and delivered promptly. Processed a 2nd order for another style of Costa del Mar sunglasses. Again, order acknowledgment and delivery were prompt. Unfortunately, 2nd order contained the wrong Costa del Mar product. I notified customer service by email the morning after delivery and waiting 2 days. No response. I reached out by telephone and was told the email I sent about the incorrect product was NOT from the email used when placing the order. I then sent 5 emails from the email address used when ordering with 3 photos of the incorrect product, BUT they continued asking me to send photos of the product. Finally, I got an email with return instructions that required me to create a user ID and password to log on and request repair/exchange. I did not have to create a user profile to order. By that point it was obvious that WATCHMAXX makes return and exchange difficult, obtuse and very slow. After creating a USER PROFILE I had to go through additional verification of my email address they used to process my order. Furthermore, It was difficult to find where to process the exchange after I finally logged on. In my account profile there is no shipment status or return status ALSO WATCHMAXX customer service initially wanted me to process and pay for the return. Working through the objection to that took another 24 hours. A return label was eventually sent, but when I asked about the shipment of the correct pair of glasses, I was told I had to wait 3-5 business days after the return was received. 3 weeks has passed since my 1st email about receipt of the incorrect product. I still have not yet received the replacement. I certainly hope it is the correct product. VERY! VERY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with regard to returns/exchanges. Go to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU online and read the list of complaints. Even though they maintain A+ BBB rating, it is clear that returns and product complaints are troubling consumer issues for Watchmaxx.com

United States | 14 January 2023I ordered a specific watch on Oct. 20th 2022 that was advertised to have a fold over clasp and be a brand new watch. I received it on Sat. Nov 5th 2022. Once I opened it I discovered it did not have the fold over clasp as advertised nor did it have any paperwork to verify it's authenticity. I Immediately emailed Watchmaxx customer service that I wanted a refund. To my surprise, I received a reply email the next day which happened to be a Sunday. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the watch that it was not as advertised and asked for a refund but was told that would not be possible. To make a long story short, I spent approximately 6 weeks battling to get a refund and finally received a partial refund claiming they have a 3% refund policy and they also charged me for removing a tag that was nothing more that a piece of tissue. The watch was never worn and was returned as it was received. It is hard to read all the fine print thus that is why there is so much fine print but I advise you read all before purchasing from Watchmaxx.

United States | 11 January 2023I placed an order for a watch with watchmaxx.com. at first I was skeptical like with all unknown websites. However, I took the dive and decided to try it. Hey.. If we don't try we won't know. So I placed order 2 weeks ago for delivery by January 10. Today is Jan 10 and I've not heard anything nor given an update of my order is being processed... ready to be shipped or what... haven't heard anything. So I contact watchmaxx.com and asked them status and wrote that if order hasn't shipped yet then I'd like to cancel. Next thing I know... I get canceled order email. I wrote back.. oh I see you canceled.. no explanation as to why.. so they tell me cuz I requested it if order hasn't shipped yet. WELL! If seller was professional and in legit business they would have responded with an apology for lack of communication and let me know ow the status of order and then confirm if I still want to cancel. But instead they coldly canceled without explaining or saying anything.. as though they were happy to get rid of a customer. After a cpl emails back and forth asking what went on.. I'm still confused and would NOT recommend this site. It definitely is suspicious!! I would never order from here nor would I recommend this site. Customer service and communication is lacking terribly.

France | 30 December 2022J'ai acheté une montre tissot chemin des tourelles qui devait m'être livrée pour le 27/12/2022. Ayant spécifié qu'il me la fallait avant le nouvel an (indisponible après cette date), on m'a affirmé que je recevrais ma montre en temps et en heure. Cependant la livraison a pris du retard suite à l'annulation de ma commande (mail reçu d'Amazon). Le problème a été résolu, non sans quelques difficultés pour joindre le service de Watchmaxx (contrairement à Amazon qui s'est avéré être très réactif). Toutefois, Watchmaxx livre ses montres par UBS. Leur livreur, qui n'a fait aucun effort pour trouver mon domicile, à prétendu que l'adresse de livraison était erronée (alors que celle-ci est disponible sur Maps). Qui plus est, les frais d'importation sont plus que dissuasifs et minimise grandement les économies que l'on pense pouvoir faire. Quand bien même le site spécifie bien qu'il ne prend pas en charge les droits de douane, il se cache bien de l'indiquer clairement lors de l'achat (contrairement à d'autres sites qui propose des prix similaires). Dans mon cas, ils s'élèvent à 25% du montant de ma commande tout de même. Mon avis est forcément biaisé par ma déconvenue au sujet des frais additionnels et des délais de livraison, mais il est important de le noter pour que d'autres ne se retrouvent pas dans la même situation que moi. La montre reste de qualité et semble authentique (Le numéro de série ayant été reconnu sur le site officiel Tissot), quand bien même on ne ressoit pas le certificat d'authenticité de la montre...

Never again watchmax.

United States | 01 December 2022On Nov 14 2023 I ordered a Michelle watch model number MWW06G000001. Watch arrived on time but the watch had a different model number. They sent me a Michele MW06G01A1018. I called them and they said it was the same watch and if I don't want it return it. I told them I don't want to return it I want the watch I ordered,with was on their web site for $700 more. I called Michele and I was told it was the same watch but it sold with out the band. I don't know if it's a real Michele band, there a lot of knock off's on the market. I emailed them with the information I got from Michele and got the same response , send it back. I told them I will not return it unless I get the one I ordered. NO response from them yet.
