A beautiful New Tag Heuer Formula 1 arrived today earlier than expected. Price was less than many other watch companies for the same new Tag and often only a little more than some were offering as Pre-owned! Now I know I can buy with confidence and already looking to getting a Breitling from WatchMaxx.

Bought a brand new watch. It arrived and was not working. I sent an email to customer service - no response. I then called customer service and was given a return label to ship the watch back to allow them to check the watch. Then a week later, I called and was told they needed more time to check the watch. I was told I would receive an email later that day - no feedback. I called the next day and was told I would be called and emailed within 3 hours. No response. I called back again and was told the current rep has no notes on what any of the previous customer reps have said. Essentially no feedback was documented and the feedback from one rep to another was inconsistent. Customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. The business is not run well and operations is not efficient. Internal systems seem to not allow for internal communication. Ultimately asked for a refund even though I wanted the watch due to the incompetence.

I've had nothing but the best experiences dealing with WatchMaxx. From memory, this is my 5th watch purchase, from Breitlings to Tags, and everything has always been stellar. Great prices, easy to communicate with, and I've never had a single issue. Highly recommended.

On 10-14-22, I ordered a Michele watch MICHELE Deco Madison Diamond Silver Dial Women's Watch MWW06G000014, listed on their website and is a authentic Michele style number that should be engraved on the back of the watch. On 10-19-22 it was shipped. On 10-21-20 I received the watch but a different model number MW06G00A9120 is engraved on the back. That same day, I reached out to customer service to advise the wrong Watch was sent and can they send me a return label to exchange it for the correct model. Today, 10-26-22, they are trying to tell me (after reviewing photos I previously sent) that this is the correct model/number/watch when it clearly is not. Right now I am requesting them to provide postage paid return label since they sent me the wrong item, and I am no longer interested in the exchange because I am questioning authenticity of this company based on them gaslighting me about the correct model number. Fortunately I checked the engraving on the back of the watch before removing any security tags. I’d advise anyone buying from this company to do the same, or save yourself from this headache and buy somewhere else. I will follow up with the final outcome.

I ordered the Bulova 98B228, on Oct.21,2022 and received the timepiece on Monday Oct.24,2022. Ordering was easy, and straight forward. I thoroughly inspected the timepiece including the Bulova storage box, and found everything to be in beautiful condition. I also took multiple pictures of the unpacking, and inspection of the box, and timepiece. I had asked Watchmaxx to inspect the timepiece before shipping, and I received the timepiece in perfect order. I set the time, and date, and will monitor the timepiece for 24 hours to check for accuracy, then remove the stickers, and tags once I'm sure there are no issues. It's the first time i ordered from Watchmaxx, and very pleased that I did. They met all my expectations, and will definitely order from them again. The Bulova is authentic, and absolutely beautiful, and at a great price. Definitely looking forward to having this timepiece added to my collection both vintage, and new.

I just purchased a Tissot Seastar 2000. I'm not sure what to say except that every part of this transaction went off splendidly. Beautiful watch, great price, easy web site to navigate, and they had this watch in stock which is not the easiest to come by at the present time. I will purchase from them again now that I've taken the risk out by initiating my first purchase. Great job guys!

Paid $15.00 for expediated shipping and didn't receive the watch until 1 week. Spoke with customer service and was laughed at when I reported my concern that I did not receive the watch. She should be fired!

Made an order, the package came damaged and was given back to UPS. The tracking shows the package was damaged and returned to sender, but watchmaxx refused to issue refund. Saw other similar reviews, wouldn't recommend others to patronize this shop.

I emailed this company 2x. Once to their main website and once through an eBay listing. I inquired about a carrera 02. I didn’t receive a response and now the watch is $600 more. Poor service. I’d have a hard time trusting a company with a $4000+ purchase if they can’t even answer an inquiry.
