Ordered watch was sent by ups and arrived on time even with my free of charge wish for a delay over the weekend. Everything alright but the box was probably not handled with care enough. The corners are a bit worn out. The rest is exactly as I wanted it to be.

Brilliant service and value watch was delivered 3000 miles before the money left my credit card only shock I got was when I had to pay customs duty on delivery this was not Watchmax's fault but if ordering from outside USA. I will definitely buy my next watch here only all good things to say.

I can't concieve that a Victorinox I.N.O.X. watch is announced with it's original I.N.O.X. brand box, and when bought, it is sent with a generic Victorinox box. This is called false advertisement and fraud. I paid for what is shown in the photos, and this is unacceptable.

Why would you not save money on these expensive time pieces? Legit company, delivered next day. Saved $3k. No brainer!

Ordered on Thursday 2/11/21. Monday was a holiday. Shipped Tuesday. Received Wednesday 2/17/21 - 6 DAYS! Watch was the Breitling Superocean Heritage II Chrono - MOST competitively price I could find - Arrived in perfect condition with all the protective plastics from Breitling - Received email confirmation of order, shipping and delivery - Called for follow-up on Tuesday - They answered and said it was shipping that day (it did). EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE - And yes I read the other reviews that were less than stellar and don't understand the contrast - Love the Watch, Price and Experience of buying from them!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Watchmaxx. I got a very substantial discount on the Longines Legend Diver. It was shipped promptly and it arrived safe and sound in an oversized box with generous packaging. The watch is gorgeous and more impressive on my wrist than in the online photos. I consider the Legend Diver to be a standout in the mid-range diver category. Watchmaxx also kept me up to date with emails acknowledging my order, notifying me of shipment and finally delivery. Communication from customer service is very slow and updates on order status don't happen unless I initiate request. I get that my order isn't in stock but at least keep me updated without me asking. I canceled my order.

This is my second purchase from Watch Max; I’m am very satisfied with both watches and to add to my collection from Watch Max in the near future.

I’m happy with my purchase, the process was simple and straight forward. I received my items on time. I have not had to return any of my items but I do not favor the return policy with your watches. I would like to know why they come with a band stating if removed then absolutely not returnable.
