Their prices are good. I bought a new watch that had some issues, and they resolved the matter very promptly and professionally. Great company and I will be a returning customer in the future.

I have been shopping with them for over 15 years and the customer service and pricing keeps me coming back.

This is my second review and i will continue until im refunded in full. So watchmaxx thought they could sale me a store display and pass it off as brand new. I sent it back within days stating it was misrepresented and should have been disclosed as a store display. Total cost to me,$60 to insure and return postage, $15 restocking fee...all for a watch i NEVER would have bought had they been honest and upfront. Even after i threatened to go to the BBB they did"nt care and made no attempt to make things right. Bottom line, avoid at all cost, you will wind up spending more money in the long run with a unscrupulous business.

Fantastic experience using WatchMaxx for my recent purchase! I had placed my order on a Monday night and by morning had decided I wanted to change the color of the dial I ordered from blue to black. I was able to quickly give them a call and customer service was able to easily make the change and still shipped the watch out to me the same day. Very pleased with the watch and the service. Will purchase from WatchMaxx again in the future!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I order Diamond cut earrings for a big Birthday, when the parcel arrived it was the wrong order. I was asked to return it and they would send a replacement immediately for next day delivery. Still no sign of the item or even a tracking number which I was told he had. If they don't have the product and can't send it then be honest and I can go elsewhere. Do not touch this company they are so dishonest!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a Movado Bold from them in August, because I had previously purchased from them and had a good experience. What I didn't know was the the good experience was because the watch was fine. Sometime in October the watch just stopped working. I decided to find out if there was a warranty and they told me there was and to send it back for repair. I sent it back and waited for the repair. I got the "repaired" watch back on December 4. When I opened the package I immediately noticed that the watch was not set at the correct time. I attempted to pull the crown out to set it, and it broke off. The crown was fine when I sent to them for repair. I called them back and was given the run around about how I had to send it back again, etc. I was put on hold, hung up on, my emails went unanswered for days. I asked for a refund and they said no. I asked for a new watch and they said no. I asked what would happen if the watch couldn't be repaired and they said "they would do their best." I filed a claim with PayPal and after almost two months it was denied by them on January 18th. Watchmaxx refused to send the watch back because they kept saying that the case was not closed "on their end" despite PayPal telling me that they sent them an email the same day they sent me one. I sent them screenshots of the chat with PayPal, I sent them the email from PayPal saying the case was denied. They basically said "too bad" and they told me I had to wait until the 27th of January. I emailed them at lest 4 more times asking them to please call PayPal or check their dashboard before they finally acknowledged YESTERDAY FEBRUARY 1 that the case was closed. The watch is on its way back and I sincerely doubt it's fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

If you are from Canada, I hope your UPS residential service is better than mine, because the delivery was 2 days late than expected... They even said "delay due to severe weather" even though it was a sunny day!

Bought a Tag from this company and under less than a year crystal cracked from the inside. The watch seems to be defective. I reached out to them and they said crystal is not covered. I don't think I would buy from here again.
