Changement de date de séjour à l étranger en dernière minute et équipe très réactive avec réception du nouveau contrat presque par retour. On peux donc voyager en toute sérénité malgré tous les aléas des voyages avec le soutien d un personnel très professionnel.

They were happy to take our money easy enough. After care for when we needed it was appalling! Don’t waste your money ! If I can stop one family going through what we went through with them , it will be worth the €1344 they refused to pay out ! And there we have a reply . We were told it had been passed to your company . Also as stated in previous emails.. She was not admitted with a pre existing condition. IT WAS SHINGLES . As far as we are concerned you were contacted. Your attitude and lack of empathy shows people who read trustpiolt, just what a delightful company you are .

After purchasing expensive policies to cover my family’s first year in France, I was let down on the one occasion that I tried to get reimbursement for emergency medical care for my daughter. Despite declaring my daughter’s pre-existing conditions on the application, this was used as a reason to not pay out. My daughter had a very extreme reaction to an acute case of shingles resulting in a heart rate of 170. We rushed her to the local hospital and the reception took her insurance policy and said they would deal with the paperwork, which was a great relief to us as we were too concerned with her condition. However I was stunned when a few months later we received a hospital bill for €1344. On the bill it said that the insurance company had refused to pay. When I contacted Mondialcare I was sent a rather cold reply that we did not follow the correct procedure on arrival at the hospital. How anyone is expected to read small print before allowing their sick child to be treated is beyond me. Further to this, I was also informed that the policy did not cover pre-existing conditions. This was not a pre-existing condition however, as my daughter has never previously had shingles. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ich empfehle Mondialcare, weil der Kundendienst mir schnell geholfen hat. Ich habe zwei Reiseversicherungen abgeschlossen, eine für meinen Vater und eine für meine Mutter. Sie wollten mich in Deutschland besuchen. Bei der Eingabe der Daten für meinen Vater habe ich einen Fehler gemacht. Ich habe mich an das Servicecenter gewandt, sie haben sehr schnell geantwortet, die Daten korrigiert und mir die korrigierte Version geschickt. Als ich einen weiteren Fehler entdeckte, halfen sie mir sofort und schickten mir die korrigierte Version erneut. Mein Vater hat auch ein Visum bekommen. Leider ist meine Mutter krank geworden, deswegen will sie nicht nach Deutschland kommen und kein Visum beantragt hat.Ich habe mich wegen der Rückerstattung erneut an den Kundenservice gewandt, und man sagte mir, dass 100 % des Betrags innerhalb eines Jahres auf eine andere Person übertragen werden können. Ich finde das großartig. Ich werde sehen, ob ich das für jemanden verwenden kann. Da es sich um eine kostengünstige Versicherung handelt, kam eine 100%ige Erstattung nicht in Frage. Ich habe kein Problem damit.

The positives: -customer service is great, both on the phone and on whatsapp they are polite, effective, respond fast and get things done. -The prices are cheaper than other options I saw online -Process is fast, streamline and easy The negatives: -Despite being a fully online self-service website, there is a 25 euro service fee which will not be refunded if you decide to cancel. -If you enter wrong dates on the site for a longer period of insurance, you will not be reimbursed the extra amount once you adjust the dates. They do offer to use said surplus later, in case you wish to extend existing insurance but no refunds. -It is also not the easiest to find this information on their website. I personally could not even find the latter listed anywhere in the FAQ, but for all I know, that could just be me. Overall, I still ended up paying less than some other services, even with the surplus which was charged due to the -albeit my own- mistake. That being said it would be nice to have a short 1-day or even few hour period during which mistakes can be corrected free of charge. I would use this service again but practice extra caution before checking out.

I purchased insurance to travel to Schengen territory and everything was perfect. Policy had the needed coverage, accesible price! And excellent customer service support. I had a little issue because I had not received any initial confirmation, it turned out I had typed in the wrong email and the person at customer support, who replied immediately, send every document and login details etc. Excellent!
