Guatemala | 09 December 2023Off to a bad start. Tried to pay by card with 4 different cards, 3 different banks, 12 hours apart during business hours. It kept failing with Unknown error, please try later. I reached out to customer service and they were responsive and sent me a PayPal link but it had an additional processing fee (3€) which I don´t know why I have to pay when it´s their system not working.

Spain | 03 December 2023Tout est en langue française. Et les conseillers espagnols ne comprennent pas bien la langue espagnole. Ils devraient avoir au moins un B1 dans la langue, mais la personne qui m'a conseillé ne comprenait même pas un A2.

I had to change the dates of my travel two times, also had to split the insurance for two person instead of one and they made it really easy for me. They answered a little late through email but as soon as I got connected to them on Whatsapp, everything was done in 10 minutes.

United Kingdom | 12 November 2023They were great until we actually needed to claim for medical care. Apparently there is a 7 day wait period from when you fall sick before you can go to the hospital. Ie if you start feeling ill on Monday, you need to wait until Sunday to be very sick and probably dead before you present to the hospital. We had no idea about this but prior to going to the hospital, we called their emergency service and informed we were headed for the hospital as I was in severe pains. The person we spoke with took details of the pain including when it started, when we arrived the schengen area and all else but never mentioned this supposed 7 day wait We kept them updated throughout stay in the hospital, they called a couple of times as well. Only for them to refuse claim after discharge from hospital because of a 7 day wait period that we had never heard about.

Denmark | 03 November 2023We've (luckily) never needed them, so I can't say how they are if you have an accident or need to go to the hospital, BUT the customer service is incredible and very responsive. And I do have faith that they will also be good if we will ever need the service.

The representative support was fast and efficient and was able to answer my questions immediately. On top of that, the insurance was great value, at over £100 cheaper than main competitor, and on much better terms with no limit on trip length. If I had gone with competitor, I could have easily had visa rejected. Well done Mondialcare.

Last time my parent's visa got rejected and they simply changed the dates for me for the next application. They have always amended any changes I needed to do in the insurance certificate promptly and responded friendly in whatsapp. I am very happy with their service!
