J'ai cherché une assurance voyage monde pour ma fille et mes petites-filles en Belgique RIEN si vous n'êtes pas domicilié en Belgique. C'est leur cas ! Après plein de recherches sur internet j'ai trouvé Mondial Care Premier appel, réponse immédiate de Mr Fares: oui nous assurons des déplacements monde style Europ Assistance. J'ai reçu tous les détails immédiatement de vive voix et par mail. Oui, vous pouvez prendre une assurance voyage en partant d'Afrique pour venir en Europe et aller aux États-Unis chez Mondial Care et ce pendant un an et être rassuré.

Once reached via FB Messenger (WhatsApp didn't get delivered?) I was helped very promptly and the handling was easy, with not long re-checking details. The change was done within 10 minutes. While the help was great, I believe they should invest and improve in their login page. There is an option to edit the insurance directly but the website disfunctions if clicked. If this works it would have saved the extra communication. Since most would use the insurances for Travel an App would be great which is more handy than the website page.

J'ai envoyé deux messages par le formulaire de contact sur le site puis j'ai appelé pour avoir l'adresse mail. J'ai écrit un mail, toujours pas de réponse. J'ai appelé de nouveau. Ma demande est pourtant claire: ma fille a 15 ans, elle a besoin d'être couverte pour un voyage aux Etats Unis dans le cadre d'un échange avec une famille américaine (elle va la bas 3 semaines puis la jeune fille vient ici), or la liste des "déplacements garantis" par l'assurance voyage étudiants est très restrictive. Au 1er contact par téléphone, on me dit "oui, c'est couvert", je fais la demande d'un écrit, et depuis rien. Quand j'ai enfin qqu'un au téléphone aujourd'hui, on me réponde qu'il faut prendre l'assurance world travel, soit 164€ au lieu de 50€. Je ne comprends pas que d'un interlocuteur à l'autre les réponses soient différentes et pourquoi ce type de voyage qui n'inclut pas de travail, contrairement aux autres déplacements garantis, n'est pas couvert??

First-class advice and service! I was exceptionally pleased with the excellent service which I received from Maria at Mondial Care. She was patient, friendly, diligent and highly knowledgeable on the exhaustive list of questions which I asked regarding my upcoming business travel to Budapest. In addition, I was positively taken aback when Maria went above-and-beyond to get back in contact with me promptly, when our line got disconnected. 5* service and would highly recommend - Maria is a true asset underpinned by the three pillars of care, authenticity and conscientiousness.
