We took out a policy through a broker to get a French long-stay visa. It was cheaper than other products but, as we found out when we tried to claim, it's not very easy to get paid out. My first claim was rejected and only paid after I complained. My second claim was rejected and never paid. When I wrote an hones account of what had happened I was threatened with legal action. I still stand by my account but have withdrawn the review to protect myself. Judge for yourselves.

I paid for travel insurance, using PayPal according to their instructions. After that I did not receive contract or confirmation. After my inquiry on their helpdesk, they are not responsive, gave some answer after day, that payment was not done. After I send them the transaction ID, they did not answer at all. I can say or it is scam or it is very bad company for this kind of service.

Got the best price for the Schengen area and an immediate assistance when my dates of travel changed. So far a very pleasant experience.

Customer care is very easy to connect to and very attentive. Pricing of product is very good also, although we have never made a claim so we cannot comment on this part of service.
