Nous avons décidé de prolonger notre voyage et nous leur avons simplement envoyé un e-mail rapide avec la nouvelle date et ils ont répondu en quelques heures avec tous les documents mis à jour. Nous les avons déjà utilisés et ils sont tout simplement les meilleurs du secteur.

The contract for a Schengen insurance was made by me for my Chinese family. First I got the contract in French on my email adres; that we not good enough for the Visa in China. Later my Chinese family noticed that the names of the children were not spelled correctly. I have sent twice an email to Mondialcare to change the data and I got the changed contracts back within hours!

We were waiting for the Portugal Visa to come through and expected to need the MONDIALCARE insurance starting on or around the first day of the following month. In the event the Visa did not arrive and we decided to allow another full month. Moving the period is forward is easy online but had unfortunately I left it too late (3day before if I remember correctly). I wrote an email and the problem was solved. Thanks

This Company gets BETA tottaly professional customer service! I contacted them thru Whatsapp and they got me in the fastest respond. They helped me to get contracted for the insurance from A to Z. Special Shout out to Maria, who helped me during the process petiently.

J ai développé zona pendant mes vacances en Espagne. Malgré un faux départ de mauvaises informations de la part du service a la clientèle au triage, qui m avait dit que je n avais pas droit a la telemedecine, j appel directement mondial care qui me dit que j avais droit. Anmol Shafqat a été super efficace et m a booker mon rdv avec telemedi. Il y a eu des problèmes de suivi avec eux et prescriptions mais Anmol a fait un excellent suivi et le tout s est réglé. Le seul commentaire négatif serait de tenter de travailler avec des sous traitants du pays que nous consultons pour éviter les confusions et délais d attentes. Le numéro du service a la clientèle devrait être géré par mondial care car le service de triage ne semble pas connaître les différents services
