I made a request for holiday travel and the same day received a polite response with a quotation. This did not cover all our requirements so after a renewed request a further quotation arrived that was what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Their use of a website to follow quotations, etc is excellent.

Donot go for it. Hopeless company. Charging more for cancellation then ur insurance amount. Movewise n staysure r good companies. N cheap insurance fees.

I have dealt with Medialcare since August 2022. The team has been very supportive and accommodating to all inquiries and requests I have made so far. When my visa application was rejected Mondialcare kept my credit for one year and allowed me to use it for the same policy later without any extra charges. They have all my respect.

The communication is quick and comprehensive and the agent is helpful and sends information when promised.

Lorsque j'ai acheté ma police MondialCare l'année dernière, tout s'est très bien passé. cette année, cependant, j'ai eu un problème avec ma carte de crédit, ce qui a nécessité de nombreux allers-retours pour essayer de le réparer.
