Great service and super efficient top quality product s. I love my minimum and the fact my koo s seat is compatible with my old slalom frame gives me the best of both worlds. Jane travel cot is compact and easy to use !

DPD courrier services should be clearly NEVER been used again. Signature should be required and the packages not just left on top of mailboxes in a apartment complex!!!!!

Very sleek and smart looking compared to other higher priced brands. Extremely happy with my Trider model . Only criticism is opening the pram is not fluid as when closing the pram.

The matrix 2 car seat is invaluable for car journeys with a newborn and it means when they’ve fallen asleep in the car you can carry them in and leave them sleep indoors without having to transfer them from the car seat

Excellent product, very sturdy but wheels (racing ones) keep falling off even though they are pushed on tight. Other than that, perfect.

Purchased a Jane Gravity six months ago, contacted Jane due to a fault - one of the straps had disappeared inside the unit. Jane initially offered for us to post it back to them, they'd then resolve the issue and then they'd return it to us - obviously this would mean we'd be without a car seat for a week or very possibly more, this was not really acceptable for us. I asked for another option (perhaps a loan unit, or a replacement), they flatly refused and have now said it's accidental damage that caused the issue (so it isn't covered under warranty, however they would fix it as good will), apparently the harness straps were being pulled too far which was caused the rubber stopper on the end of the harness to break. I understand a loan unit would be problematic as they could not be confident it had not been damaged. My struggle with this whole situation is that you need to open the straps up in order to not have the toddler in the seat literally sitting on the straps when placed in, so the only sensible option is to pull the straps open in order that the toddler isn't sat on them. Considering similar offerings from their competition can be purchased for 2/3 of the price of this one, and I doubt their customer service would be any worse - I'd strongly advise looking at other options. I'm now in the situation of needing to order a new car seat for next day delivery - as we cannot be without a seat for a whole week (or more).

Really love this - my baby was getting a bit big for the normal baby bath, he loves the water and splashes about lots and I couldn’t put it on the ground as it would be too low. This inflatable bath fits perfectly into my shower tray and so is slightly raised, and add to that the inflated bass and it’s perfect. I sit on a small stool and watch him splash. He loves it. It drains easily and I don’t have the puddles in my kitchen anymore - it’s all contained in the shower (and in me). I keep it inflated and stuck to the tile wall using the suction cap on the bottom.

We have had a terrible experience dealing with Jane. We ordered the Jane Epic Matrix Light 2. On first inspection we were really happy with the pram, however the primary reason we bought it was the convertible cot/ car seat. Unfortunately the 'conversion' was almost impossible due to a faulty, stiff mechanism that is completely impractical for everyday use. We sent back the product after calling Jane to explain the fault. We were told the postage fee of £58 would be covered by them as the product was faulty. After 3-4 weeks after return (policy is refund in 14 days) we received a refund for the pram but no postage costs! This was due to Jane saying the product was not faulty- a complete joke. Multiple unreplied emails, terrible customer service and left out of pocket and valuable time lost to buy a pram before our first baby is born. I would encourage anybody thinking of buying a pram to steering well clear of Jane. Following reply from Jane UK: I had 4 other people try the conversion mechanism and the product was not functional. For Jane to report the product as functional is a complete lie. We contacted Jane initially to ask about the returns policy- we did not just decide the product was faulty at a later date. Postage with Royal mail was £55 normal or £58 next day delivery. Maybe Jane could have recommended a courier that was cheaper but we certainly did not know of one. Unfortunately this reply typifies the customer service from Jane. Way too hasty in blaming the customer for faults. It's ironic that the reply to this review was alot faster than the previous emails we sent.

Never buy a pram online. If you feel the pram to be faulty or just not user friendly, the returns policy is list certainly not customer friendly. Having to organise your own return (and pay for it!) causes a lot of stress. Also the worry that the parcel may not get there is unnecessary. More to the point the communication I had with Jane UK was appalling. No email I sent was replied to. I had to ring up every step of the returns process to chase it up, and often the sales advisor had a far too relaxed attitude to even sympathise with the stress of the refund/returns process.
