Given an already used tracking ID so when I tried to track my parcels (ordered in May) it said that they had already been delivered in February... emailed the sales email address and got no reply! Goods arrived later than expected but no confirmation email that they had actually arrived. Pretty poor.

I ordered a rain cover for my jane twone. It arrived in good time, was in perfect condition and packaged well. Im pleased with my purchase. Only niggle i have is that the rain cover is set up to cover the seats when they both face forward. I have a 2 month old so prefer to have the top seat facing backwards. I can get the rain cover to work the way i want but it doesnt have an opening flap on the top seat when i face it backwards.

The assembly instructions take a while to follow and i looked a few bits up online but very satisfied with product and delivery!
