Amazing car seat and excellent customer service.

We bought a new brake cable as ours broke after 3 years (but only used 1 year). the cable came fast and we managed to put it on the buggy ourself. We love the buggy that we have but are disappointed that the brake broke and we had to sort it out ourself paying 25 pounds for it.

Great quality pushchair and travel system, as recommended by our Spanish relatives, who had this for their first baby. We have Jane Trider Matrix Light 2 Travel System and ordered more things from Jane UK, as the baby is growing. I highly recommend the great quality foot muff for wintry days (we decided for Nest Plus foot muff when it was on a 30% off offer) - really happy with how well and thoughtful it is made, especially the zipper opening from both ways and the warm, well padded material hat doesn`t pile. I have been recommending their pushchairs to all my pregnant friends, as they cannot believe how seamless it is to push one of those around when they come for a visit. I`m in love with their well thought and designed products, even such a small detail as a brake is positioned at the handle, which makes a big difference for quickly locking it on a bus. Shipping from Jane UK was quick and came well packaged too.

products ordered was a replacement brake wire set for my jane trider which we've had for 4 years, stroller attachable bottle holder and handle bar cover. All arrived in prompt timing and products are great. Though the break kit would have been good to have some instructions in it on how to repair it but we figured it out. Otherwise service was great! Thanks again!

The delivery was super fast and everything looks fantastic. I see one small issue with safety armrest, it's not critical, but in case if it could be easily fixed I'll be happy. (by the way nobody from sales team answered me on email about that) Sent question about safety armrest twice, still no answer.

This is my second purchase from Jane. 7 years ago I bought Jane Rider for may first child. It was excellent. I used it for 2 years and the pram looked like new. Now I bought Jane Muum- a smaller pram , because the space in the car is escentual escpecially with 2 children. I am very happy that the newborn carrycot folds. Also the colour scarlet is great. Muum is very light and maneuvering.Very fast delivery. I received the pushchair with 3 pieces in two days- Chassis with reversible seat unit. Micro foldable carrycot. Koos Group 0+ infant car seat. Pram bag with changing mattress. Raincover. And one more important thing - I bought this great travel system for less than half price here on the January sale. Thank you Jane !
