United Kingdom | 21 June 2024Positives - the unit arrived quickly. Online form filled in by mum in law who is very tech savvy at 86 . However for some reason the same form has to be filled in again in order to activate the system? This is proving difficult, an error message keeps coming up. We have phoned the company who are sending a paper copy, this of course all takes time. My gripe is that the company already has the money from the order which includes £45 for a set up fee! Surely these days big companies like this shouldn’t have these issues? Makes me a little anxious about the Alarm Call system itself. Updated: Thanks for the reply, No I’m not on your system - my 86 year old mum in law has the new account with Careline. We live at the same address. Let’s hope the service starts the day your system works and not when you took the money…..hmmm

United Kingdom | 20 June 2024From initial contact initially via web site, to setting up, to a follow up call to check the number they would use to contact, there was a quick and professional service (I had initially considered another provider but when I contacted by phone had received endless ring tones) The kit they send is so easy to set up and the connection to their control (when testing the device and pendant )( even in an area where the mobile signal is terrible) was loud and clear.

The system was explained, as was the setting up of the account, and Harry was more than helpful in his approach. Highly recommend!

Gives piece of mind that the alarm is monitoring the person wearing it 24/7. My father collapsed at home and the alarm alerted the operator who called and contracted the family, a neighbour and the ambulance. As a result he was taken to hospital. Life saving equipment and would highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2024We got a Careline pendant for my mother after several falls to give her and us peace of mind. Careline 365 were very easy to contact and deal with. When she had recent fall we were contacted immediately and afterwards someone rang to check that she was ok. We found the price reasonable for the service provided- we had a GPS pendant as mum was able to go into her garden at first. Our most recent contact was to cancel the account as she has now gone into care. David sorted the whole process out efficiently and emailed a return label for the pendant to be reused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would use them myself if it becomes necessary in the future
