I spoke to several people over several days on the customer care line and each one was extremely helpful, answering my millions of questions with great patience and understanding of a difficult situation. They also gave me information and ideas on matters I hadn't even considered! I've also done a 'test run ' with the alarm and was extremely impressed by the quick response and the helpfulness of the person I spoke to.

My very independent and active mother (90+) thought the idea of a care line was for old and frail people, not her. After two falls realisation set in, and then concern about how the system works and the likelihood of 'false alarms.' After a very full and thoughtful discussion with Josh and prompt delivery and setup, all the reassurance necessary had been delivered. The whole process was made simple and confidence gained. My mother, and the family living over 100 miles distant, are reassured tht if there was to be a further incident,help would be on hand promptly.

I bought the Careline package for my dad who is on his own and I wanted some means of him being able to notify someone if anything happened - a fall, illness etc. Careline was suggested by his local GP so we decided to subscript it for peace of mind. Set up was so easy. Just plug into a socket and the set up was done on the spot. Great service.

This service is absolutely brilliant. The setup is really smooth, and the whole package came highly recommended by many others who already had it in place. But the most exceptional part of the whole process is the care, support and guidance of the team, and in particular one lovely gentleman called Hamza, who went above and beyond to help ease a very difficult and strained situation between my father and I (as I live 280 miles away from my father). Hamza took the time to really listen, both to me and my father, and did everything in his power to bridge the gap between us, at what is an incredibly emotional time. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for everything Hamza did for us. Hamza, your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you.
