Also it gives us total peace of mind, when we are away or out and about. Very easy to install and wristband very comfortable on our dad's arm.

United Kingdom | 05 June 2024Absolutely brilliant service, very caring and gave my Grandad a fighting chance of surviving because of Careline365 we was able to have a last few weeks with him rather than a different matter, they where supportive and rang every hour at our time of need up until he went into hospital the same morning he fell. I couldn’t recommend them enough and they offered other services as well which could be a help to elderly people with not so much family around. Very happy with the service provided.

She talked me through a reset brilliantly and then talked me through how to improve my signal with a new cable that had come with the box. The difference was huge, and all thanks to her care and attention. Thank you

United Kingdom | 29 May 2024I am not the person with the care line , but I arranged it on her behalf and dealt with setting it up over the phone. I understand she accidentally pressed the fob button the other night and your people responded. What was satisfying for us was that she actually heard the person on the line calling out to her asking if she was ok, she is very hard of hearing. She told us that the person was lovely and helpful and and not annoyed that she had accidentally pressed the button, we had told her they wouldn’t be but she was still a little apprehensive . This has put her at ease already she feels a little more secure in her home. When we set the alarm up we did half the form over the phone and the rest online, so I emailed asking if I called be told if careline had the 4 contact numbers registered. I had a missed call yesterday and the lady left a nice message confirming all the contact numbers had been received. Between us we have now dealt with three different people and they have all been so nice and helpful. Many thanks.

I have been in contact since and spoken to Kathy on several occasions to add numbers and change numbers and she was so so helpful and extremely patience. I totally recommend this company and applaud their staff.
