United Kingdom | 15 February 2024After trying out the new way to transfer money from my sterling account to my j$ account and getting it wrong, I received an email asking if I wanted a refund into my account or would I like the money reprocessed into my j$ account, in which I asked for the later, this was done for me with advise on how to complete the process in the future. The person was most helpful and the transaction happened quickly. I am very grateful for the help as in the past other banks have taken up to 30 days to refund or do anything practical.

That was after having All sorts of back and fourth to send a third party form to send money to myself and collect money from Myself! Inconvenient and unnecessary stress as always when dealing with Jamaican institutions! It’s a damn shame! At least the clerk was nice and understanding (the only reason for the two stars) her hands were tied by dumb ass compliance who can never use common sense!
