The online service is great . The only issue I have so far is the total amount of money you are able to send for cash pick up at a time .. Limit need to be increased to at least a $1000 USD .

Jn money is great but since December whenever you select card deposit it automatically changes to cash payout.. Very frustrating to sender and recepient , they will however cancel and correct upon request..but it's too much when your time is limited..

The online platform is pretty straight forward. It makes it convenient to send money to family and connections who are abroad. I wish it was accessible in more states as I travel often and had to realize that I could only use the platform in only a handful of states. I also wish it had an automatic calculator for conversions. Every platform is progressing and I hope some of these changes are made soon. Otherwise, it has served my family and I really well. Thank you for the platform.

Took a bit of time to update account and disemburse the funds to recipient account. Update on site seems not to work.

I am glad I was able to use the app for the first time. Disappointed that the money didn't go on the card as expected the name was already there. I always send to that recipient on their card. I'm disappointed that it didn't go to the card as that's usually the option I use at the kiosk. I hope it was because it was my first time

JN Money Online is a quick way to send funds to friends and family promptly. Definitely safe and secure. The website doesnt work at times yes but its a easy way to send funds hassle free.

They were unable to successfully activate my JN Money Online profile. All of my information is accurate. "Complete your transaction using your preferred banking platform using the following:" (Explain how to do this) (This is too much) Add the JN Money transaction number in the description when setting up the transaction in your banking platform.
