You keep responding to people’s comments saying thanks for the feedback we’ll try our best but yet you have done nothing. Those are automated messages. Since no one wants to say it let me do it. You have two computers but only one person working all day every day. You only have two locations in Brooklyn. And one in Queens. Be smart. Get more locations. It’s 2024. Everyone been saying do better and you have not. With all the fees you collect wake up and staff the place. It’s not the staff that’s the problem. It’s the company’s. It starts at the top. Do better. And do not reply with an automated message. It shows you do not respond to people with their concerns. This is not a small cut but a wound. A band aid cannot help.
