Our Photography Club ordered a new Draper brand projection screen to go with our new projector. Focused Technology had by far the best price. When we hung the screen, we noticed a "hot spot" due to a reflection from the projector (hung on the ceiling) to the audience. Focused Technology contacted the technical experts at Draper, who confirmed that the screen surface we chose should be too reflective for our installation. They suggested a different surface, and immediately started building one for us. We had it within a week and yes, it solved the problem and worked perfectly. And they didn't even charge us for the new screen. Now that's excellent service!

The first item I ordered was not the correct dimensions to fit my projector so I called customer service to let them know. They were cordial and helpful in assisting me with procuring the correct product. The person on the other end of the phone said they would input in the computer a ticket for me so that I could mail back the product and receive credit for it. I did as instructed in the email and received a credit refund to my bank account exactly one week from the date of the return. Not only that, but the the customer service representative assisted me with ordering the correct carrying case for my projector and proceed me with the product number so I wouldn't have to fish around for the right product via their website. Now, here's where I was blessed tremendously. After ordering the bag online, it came about two days later in mail, and I did not request expedited shipping nor did I pay extra for rush shipping. I was so happy when I received my new case!!! And it looks so nice with my projector in it. It is padded and stitched professionally, and is of superior quality. I'm going to use this company for all my future needs. The pricing is affordable and the quality is excellent. Just to think, I stumbled upon this company via an Internet search for a carrying case for my Hitachi CP-X450 projector.

Our church was in the process of replacing our projector. Due to possibly upgrading to a different video format in the future, we wanted to find one that was compatible to the old projector at a reasonable price. I had researched online and came up with a couple I thought would work. I called several other companies who gave me different projectors that were more expensive and had different specs. I finally called Focused Technology, described our problem, and was given great advice. The salesperson answered all my questions and even pointed out that one of the projectors that had been recommended would absolutely not work (even though the other company said it would). He told me that one of the projectors I had researched would work. He didn't try to pressure me to get a more expensive unit. He sent a quote, I got the approval from my church, and the unit was sent out immediately. We had it installed today (1/22/16) and everything is working as promised. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

Needed to order a new lamp for an out of production in focus projector. These guys stocked it and said it was the real deal manufactured by in focus...I was wary of the cheap Chinese knock offs. Yet the price was very reasonable in the same ballpark as non OEM lamps for this projector. Well I was maybe a little skeptical, but ordered and promptly received the lamp and, yup, it was all in genuine in focus packaging and in focus labeled instructions and the identical box to the one I bought 4 years ago directly from in focus. Installed it, fired it up, and it all works perfectly. Buying lamps on these older projection systems is somewhat of a gamble these days but these guys came through and were true to their word on this. I will probably need a new projector before I get yet another lamp for this one, but at least I know where to go in the future. Thanks guys.
