United Kingdom | 20 January 2025With reluctance following appalling service again last month resulting in a 3 week delay leaving my cat without specialist food I had to place an order for dried food following a delay elsewhere. Placed order early Thursday express delivery for two bags of dried specialist food. Order confirmed. My partner not realising I had done it placed the exact same order after mine for exactly same thing, same address and express delivery. His order turned up Saturday. Sunday evening and mine has not even been dispatched yet again. No communication, no reason as it clearly was in stock and no option to cancel. Given 5th time problem with an order would expect them to have ensured it was dispatched. Luckily this time my cat has not ran out again as they decided to deliver my partner's order over mine. Clearly prioritising new customers to get good reviews and despite telling me they were sorry and not their standard of service very obviously is. Having checked the order was placed very early Friday. That said it was less than 24 hours after and now Monday evening and still not even dispatched so again not express delivery and no idea when it will appear if at all

United Kingdom | 20 January 2025This will be the last prescription my vet sends Animed. In December my pets medication increased £5 from the previous month. Now Animed has a fancy new website and I've just gone to order more medication and it's increased another £7! £12 increase in 2 months. Utter greed. Last month Animed blamed this on Supplier prices. I've looked at other vet dispensing sites and this isn't the case Animed £1.17 per tablet 365 vet - £0.98 for 5.4mg Viovet- £1.04 for 5.4mg UK Pet Drugs £1.00 for 5.4mg Pet drugs online £1.04 for 5.4mg They do have a fancy new website also and I wonder if this has pushed their prices up!

United Kingdom | 19 January 2025I have used animed for years. I order and its usually dispatched within days. I ordered flea and wormer on the 13th of January and it still hasn't been dispatched. I need to flea my cats. Its now gone over their due date. This really isn't good for your business. I've emailed twice and have had no response. Since new website its not been the same. Please can you just dispatch what I have ordered and I will then go else where next time but I do need this now. Order Date: 13 January 2025 Update: since continuing to ignore my emails and deleting my Facebook comment.. I have canceled the order. Won't be returning.

United Kingdom | 19 January 2025I ordered my dogs medication on the 7th and have still not received it, sent serval emails with zero responses and called many times and been told lines are too busy and had the phone put down on me my dogs paws have started bleeding again, spent £90 with no response and no item, they also did the same thing last month when I ordered completely irresponsible and unprofessional will never order from them again! And I advice you all not to either!

United Kingdom | 18 January 2025Ordered on 8th January with plenty of time left on existing drugs got from Animed, so effectively a repeat prescription. Firstly no record of my pre-Xmas order. No problem just re-uploaded prescription. Animed took my money and nothing has happened. Have emailed customer service, no response. Very, very poor service playing with animal lives. If you can’t fulfil orders don’t be in business.

But this time I couldn’t upload the prescription, encountered an error in emailing the prescription then couldn’t speak to anyone. The phone line cuts you off regardless of what you select. I’ve had to resort to an emergency prescription fulfilled by my Vet. Think I might investigate some other sources next time.

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025I ordered some tablets for my dog on 6th January. I received confirmation of my email and payment was taken. With previous orders I had been updated and I was impressed with the service. On 11th January I eventually got through to a call centre to check on the progress of my order only to be told the prescription hadn't uploaded. I sent again and 2 days later I had been told it was in the process of being checked. I have sent several emails since and tried to get through to the call centre only to be cut off to find out where my order is and have had no reply. I still haven't received anything. My order online says it is being processed. I will never use them again.

November £28.50 for 30 tablets December £31.50 for 30 tablets January ordered today £35.20 for 30 Overall an increase of 23.54% in just two months. Way above the rate of inflation but they do have a new website! No wonder so many people are having to give up their pets.

When I phoned I was cut off due to high demand. Eventually managed to get through and they still couldn't say when it would be delivered so I cancelled the order. I'll order elsewhere. Hoping to get a refund!

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025I have been waiting for a week now and paid extra for express delivery. Both the order and prescription were provided on the same day. When I look at my order it has been waiting to be filled and dispatched for a week. I am not able to talk to anyone as they have insufficient people on their call centre. Despite a new prescription system being implemented, they should have employed more people to accommodate this. AS OF TODAY You said that you had asked that the order be forfilled and despatched asap. I have just looked at my order, and it has been closed and refunded! That is not what I wanted or asked for. I need the drugs urgently. I was expecting this to be despatched to day express delivery as it should have been on Tuesday of this week. What is going on? What do you propose to do to rectify this?

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025Terrible customer service, no one answers the phones and email customer service is very lousy I have emailed a few times already without anything being solved and I cant get through to them in any other way I have been very happy with them up until now and have been waiting for my pets medication for some time since then I have luckily had to get it from the local vet, They have changed their new online system or something but that's terrible as it has turned everything up side down I wouldn't suggest using this place now especially if you need medicine quickly or good customer service like it used to be. You might want to look at emails being sent to you of customers who are still waiting and think why people are not happy.
