Spoke to five people who agreed to follow up order which was shown as in "processing" but all failed to resolve their error. Our dog has cushings disease and was 7 says without the prescribed pills Very dim view of company's reaction to rectify order

United Kingdom | 25 February 2025I reviewed back in 2020 and have until recently found Animed fantastic. I don’t know what’s happened, whether they’ve got too big or taken their eye off the ball customer service wise but I’m finding the whole experience incredibly hard work. Cancelled orders at last minute, lack of stock, long waits on phone calls and fairly significant price rises means I’m back to buying from my vets. More expensive but a bit more foolproof and I’m supporting the local economy. On a plus, the staff are always very friendly.

I have ordered a prescription medication several times from this company but for the last two orders Ive suffered a level of incompetence that is almost an art. Both times they seem incapable of checking emails to see whether a prescription has been received to process the order and do not check. They only notice when you the paying customer gets in touch to ask where their purchase has gone. The fact that they take a minimum of 2 days to answer a email doesn’t help with communicating their incompetence. After admitting, again, they’ve mismanaged my order they are now incapable sending it next day post without me inconveniencing myself yet again and calling them Monday first thing to sort some overly tiresome administrative task. One week after my order and still no idea on when I will receive it and the need to call them at 8am to sort it out. In the meantime my dog has run out of her medication. I will not order from them again.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025Terrible company I would never recommend I’ve always used Pet drugs on line for many years decided to give Animed a try. I have nothing but problems the first order was delayed over two weeks said it was the new system. On 9th Feb I uploaded a new prescription for cardisure for my dog together with remend lubricant. The lubricant arrived the following week but not the cardisure. I’ve called today 21st February they said they couldn’t view the prescription. Maybe a call would have resolved this, I am almost out of drugs and shall have to make a 30 mile round trip to my vets. Customer service is terrible, this could if all been resolved if someone had contacted me. I won’t be using Animed again and wouldn’t recommend them what so ever One very annoyed customer .

They did apologize and say they had received a high volume of orders for wormers, but they shouldn't charge extra for a service they can't provide.
